Solta Medical Thermage FLX
A non-invasive skin tightening treatment that delivers radiofrequency (RF) energy into the dermis to contract collagen fibres while also inducing regeneration.
The epidermis is protected by a cooling system while heat is generated only in the dermal tissue, so you can expect wrinkle improvement, skin tightening and a lifting effect through the regeneration and contraction of collagen.

Thermage FLX How it works
Thermage FLX works by delivering radiofrequency (RF) energy into the skin.
The skin's own electrical resistance generates heat deep in the dermis, while the epidermis is simultaneously protected by a separate cooling system, so thermal stimulation is delivered selectively to the collagen tissue in the deeper layers without damaging the skin's surface.

Which is right for me, Ultherapy or Thermage?
If sagging (the SMAS layer) is the main concern, Ultherapy comes first; if thinning skin, fine lines and elasticity are the concern, Thermage takes priority. When both concerns are present, we design a combination.
How much does it hurt?
With Thermage FLX, a vibration function and a cooling system work together, making it more comfortable than the previous generation. The treatment is performed after topical anesthetic cream, and any redness afterwards usually subsides the same day.
When do results appear and how long do they last?
You feel tightening right after the procedure, and over 2–6 months collagen regenerates and firmness improves. Results usually last about 12–18 months and the treatment is done in a single session.
How are the shots configured?
The face is configured at 300 · 600 · 900 shots and the eye area with a 450-shot eye tip; we design the intensity and shot count for each area based on skin thickness, direction of sagging and sensitivity.
Can I go about my normal daily activities on the day of the procedure?
Yes. You can wash your face and wear makeup the same day, and there is virtually no downtime. For a few days, please avoid irritating skincare products and saunas.
