Cheongdam-dong anti-aging — lifting designed for your face tailored to your face

Taking it slowly — we combine lasers, threads and collagen according to the depth of sagging and your skin condition.

Laser lifting

A non-incisional lifting that tightens the supporting layers beneath the skin and regenerates collagen using ultrasound, radiofrequency and microwave energy. Depending on the depth of the sagging, we combine Ultherapy (SMAS layer) · Thermage (multiple dermal layers) · ONDA (subcutaneous fat layer).

Frequently asked questions

Here are the questions we are asked most often during consultations. Answers may vary depending on your individual skin condition.

Which is right for me, Ultherapy or Thermage?
If sagging (the SMAS layer) is the main concern, Ultherapy comes first; if thinning skin, fine lines and elasticity are the concern, Thermage takes priority. When both concerns are present, the treatments are combined, and the decision is made after checking your skin condition with ultrasound imaging during the consultation.
Can I return to daily life right after the procedure?
With laser lifting, you can usually wash your face and return to daily life the same day. With Ultherapy, mild swelling or tightness may last about 1–2 days.
When do results start to appear?
You feel a mild tightening right after the procedure, and the results build gradually over the 4–12 weeks during which collagen regenerates, being most noticeable at around 3 months.

Thread lifting

A procedure in which absorbable threads are inserted into the skin to physically hook up and fix sagging tissue. It is chosen when an immediate change beyond what energy-based lifting can achieve is needed, and at DER AaN Cheongdam Clinic an official APTOS trainer designs the treatment personally.

Frequently asked questions

Here are the questions we are asked most often during consultations. Answers may vary depending on your individual skin condition.

Will a thread lift be noticeable afterwards?
Mild swelling and a tight feeling may occur at the insertion site for about 3–7 days, and most people can carry on with daily life. It looks more natural as the threads settle in.
Can it be combined with laser lifting?
Depending on the degree of sagging, we often design a combination that lifts tissue with thread lifting and reinforces the skin's own elasticity with Ultherapy and Thermage. The order and intervals are explained during the consultation.

Collagen Booster

A treatment that injects ingredients which stimulate collagen production into the skin, gradually restoring elasticity and volume. Unlike fillers with immediate results, it is characterized by filling in over time with your own collagen.

Frequently asked questions

Here are the questions we are asked most often during consultations. Answers may vary depending on your individual skin condition.

How is it different from fillers?
With fillers, volume appears immediately in proportion to the amount injected, while collagen boosters induce your skin to produce collagen, filling in gradually over 4–8 weeks. The result is natural without excessive change, and skin texture and elasticity improve as well.
How many sessions do I need?
We generally recommend a set of 2–3 sessions at intervals of 2–4 weeks, adjusting the number of sessions according to your skin condition.

Skin boosters

A treatment that injects hydrating and regenerative ingredients directly into the skin to improve skin texture, elasticity and fine lines together. Compared with collagen boosters, it focuses more on regenerating skin texture.
