Found in your own blood —by filtration alone, without chemical processing concentrates your own components.
Exosmart is an autologous blood-based treatment that filters collected blood to concentrate exosomes, platelets and growth factors. The components are obtained by physical filtration alone, without chemical processing, helping cell regeneration and skin recovery.
Why Exosmart is different Three characteristics of ultrafiltration concentration
01 Ultrafiltration
A hollow fiber membrane that filters by molecular size
A hollow-fiber membrane filter with a 15 kDa cut-off uses differences in molecular size to send small particles out as waste fluid, while exosomes, platelets and similar components remain inside the filter and are concentrated. The concentrate is collected with a syringe.
02 Autologous
Only autologous components, with no additives
Only your own blood components are concentrated, without adding chemical activators.
03 Same Day
From blood draw to treatment on the same day
Blood draw, centrifugation, filtration, concentration and treatment are all completed in a single visit. The concentrate is used immediately after it is prepared, and a new filter and kit are used every time.

These are the questions we are asked most often during consultations. Answers may vary depending on your individual skin condition.
How is it different from PRP?
PRP obtains platelet-rich plasma through centrifugation, whereas Exosmart ultrafilters that plasma again through a 15 kDa hollow-fiber membrane filter to further concentrate exosomes, platelets and growth factors. No chemical activators are added.
What concerns is it suitable for?
It is used for skin regeneration, recovery and elasticity; indications and the number of sessions are individually advised by our medical team at your consultation, based on your skin condition.
How long does the procedure take?
Blood draw, centrifugation, ultrafiltration and treatment are carried out on the same day. The time required is explained during the consultation.
How much does Exosmart cost?
It varies with the treatment area and its extent and the number of sessions. We check your skin condition and goals at the consultation, draw up a plan and then explain.
How much blood is drawn for Exosmart?
60 mL of blood is drawn and centrifuged to obtain 30 mL of plasma, which is then ultrafiltered through a 15 kDa hollow fiber membrane filter to recover 6–7 mL of concentrate. No chemical activators are added — only your own blood components remain.
Are there any side effects with Exosmart?
Bruising at the blood draw site and swelling, redness or mild pain at the injection site may last for a few days, and in most cases these subside on their own. Only your own blood components are used, without chemical activators, and post-treatment precautions include instructions to inform the clinic if any reaction persists.
Results and how long they last may differ depending on individual skin condition, and our medical staff will explain possible side effects during the consultation.
