If heat-based lifting felt like too much, turns light into waves taps deep within the skin
Belluti Lifting is a non-invasive lifting treatment in which a 1064 nm Q-switched laser is applied to a black diamond patch placed on the skin, converting light energy into physical shock waves (laser-induced shock waves, LISW) that are delivered to the tissue beneath the skin. Because the stimulation comes from pressure waves rather than heat, there is less thermal burden on the epidermis, and the procedure is performed without incisions or anesthesia.
How the laser becomes a shock waveBelluti Lifting— three principles
01 Photo-Acoustic
A diamond patch that absorbs light and creates waves
When the black diamond particles inside the patch absorb the 1064 nm laser, they expand rapidly within nanoseconds and create pressure waves. Through this photo-acoustic conversion, the light energy of the laser is transformed into mechanical shock waves and delivered into the skin.
02 Shock Wave
Energy that reaches the deep layers with pressure, not heat
The shock waves generated by the patch pass through the epidermis at a pressure of 40–50 MPa and reach deep target tissues such as the orbital septum, fat layer and lymphatic vessels. Because the pressure waves are created by extremely short pulses, no heat remains on the skin surface.
03 Remodeling
Remodeling that releases the structures pulling on the fat
Repeated pressure waves mechanically separate, without incision, the fibrous septa that push the under-eye fat forward (acoustic subcision), reduce the volume of fat cells, and induce a regenerative response in the surrounding tissue. The contours of the under-eye area, cheeks and jawline become naturally refined.
How DER AaN Cheongdam works with Belluti We choose the area, apply the patch, and adjust the energy
SEEAssessment of the under-eye area, cheeks and jawline
During the consultation we determine what to address first: under-eye fat and dark circles, midface sagging, or a blurred jawline.
PLANProgram · energy design by area
We select the program you need among Belluti Eye, Face and V, and determine the laser energy and number of sessions suited to the area.
TREATPatch application · laser delivered by the doctor
A dedicated patch is applied closely and a compression lens is placed, after which Dr. Kyungeun Lee personally delivers the laser at the energy settings she has designed.

EYEBelluti Eye
Under-eye fat · dark circles · fine lines around the eyes
FACEBelluti Face
Midface firmness · Preventing cheek sagging and hollowing
Thin skin such as around the eyes is treated with lower energy and a smaller spot, while the jawline is treated with settings that reach deeper — the delivery differs for each area.

If you have been putting off lifting because heat felt like too much.
These are the questions we hear most often in consultations — about under-eye fat, dark circles, discomfort and the number of sessions. Answers may differ depending on your individual skin condition.
How much does Belluti Lifting cost?
It varies with the treatment area (under-eye · mid-face · jawline), the program composition and the number of sessions, so we assess your skin at the consultation before explaining. You choose the areas you need from Belluti Eye · Face · V.
How is Belluti Lifting different from heat-based lifting such as Ultherapy or Thermage?
Ultherapy and Thermage contract tissue with heat, while Belluti stimulates tissue with physical shock waves created by firing a laser onto a diamond patch. Since no heat remains in the epidermis, it is well suited to heat-sensitive areas and thin skin such as under the eyes, and for areas with deeper sagging we design it together with heat-based lifting.
Does Belluti Lifting hurt? Is anesthesia used?
Because the stimulation comes from vibration rather than heat, discomfort tends to be minimal, so the treatment is usually performed without anesthesia. You may feel a light tapping sensation as the laser meets the patch, and any redness right after the procedure generally settles the same day.
When do the effects of Belluti Lifting appear, and how many sessions are needed?
Puffiness and bulging under the eyes begin to change within a few days after the procedure, while firmness improves gradually over the several weeks in which tissue regenerates. A program is generally considered to be 3–5 sessions at intervals of 2–4 weeks, with individual variation depending on the area and condition.
What side effects can occur with Belluti Lifting?
Temporary redness and mild swelling may occur right after the procedure, and swelling can briefly increase around day 3 before settling. As there is no incision or thermal damage, the risk of infection or scarring is low; avoid massaging or rubbing the treated area firmly for a few days.
Can Belluti Lifting be done instead of under-eye fat repositioning surgery?
When under-eye fat protrudes severely, surgery may be necessary. However, if the protrusion is early-stage or accompanied by dark circles and puffiness, Belluti can be tried first without incisions. During the consultation, we assess the amount of fat and the condition of the septum and advise on the suitable approach.
Results and how long they last may differ depending on individual skin condition, and our medical staff will explain possible side effects during the consultation.
