APTOS thread lifting

View treatment details →

Will the threads be palpable or noticeable?
For a few days after insertion there may be mild tightness and swelling, which usually subsides within 1–2 weeks. The threads are gradually absorbed within the skin, and the depth and direction are planned so that they do not show on the surface.
How long do the results last?
The physical lift from the barbs is felt immediately after the procedure, while collagen regeneration appears over the following months. Results vary by individual, but the effect generally lasts about 12–18 months, and a repeat procedure is discussed after the threads are absorbed.
Can it be combined with Ultherapy PRIME or Thermage FLX?
We often recommend a combination that lifts sagging tissue with threads while reinforcing the skin's own elasticity with Ultherapy and Thermage. The order and intervals are decided during the consultation based on your facial condition.
Is there anything to be careful about after the procedure?
For about 1–2 weeks, it is best to avoid opening your mouth wide or chewing hard, as well as saunas, hot compresses, strenuous exercise and alcohol. If pain or discomfort persists, please visit the clinic right away.
Which is right for me, Ultherapy or Thermage?
If sagging (the SMAS layer) is the main concern, Ultherapy comes first; if thinning skin, fine lines and elasticity are the concern, Thermage takes priority. When both concerns are present, we design a combination.
How is it different from the previous Ulthera?
With Ultherapy PRIME, treatment is performed while viewing the skin layers down to a depth of 8 mm with Deep SEE™ imaging, and energy is delivered at different depths for each area using 1.5 · 3.0 · 4.5 mm tips. Precision and stability have improved.
How is the number of shots decided?
We design the treatment area by area according to the location of the sagging, skin thickness and the layer structure confirmed by ultrasound. The shot count is decided during the consultation among 300, 400, 500 and 600 shots, and we follow the principle of genuine products in full amounts.
How are the shots configured?
The face is configured at 300 · 600 · 900 shots and the eye area with a 450-shot eye tip; we design the intensity and shot count for each area based on skin thickness, direction of sagging and sensitivity.
Can I go about my normal daily activities on the day of the procedure?
Yes. You can wash your face and wear makeup the same day, and there is virtually no downtime. For a few days, please avoid irritating skincare products and saunas.
What goes into it?
They are the active components of your own blood processed with MCT, autologous exosomes, and human collagen derived from acellular allogeneic dermis (Elravie Re2O). The ratio and number of sessions are determined individually.
How long does the procedure take?
Blood draw, processing, concentration and treatment are carried out on the same day. The time required is explained during the consultation.
When do results become visible?
ECM replenishment from human collagen appears relatively quickly, while the regenerative environment created by autologous cell components develops over time. This varies with each person's skin condition.
How many sessions do I need?
The ratio of human collagen to your own cell components, as well as the number of sessions and intervals, is determined individually according to your skin condition and goals. Our medical team will provide individual guidance at your consultation.
Are there any side effects?
There may be bruising at the blood draw site and swelling, redness and bruising at the injection sites, which mostly subside within a few days. Aftercare instructions are explained at consultation.
How is it different from fillers?
With fillers, volume appears immediately in proportion to the amount injected, while Juvgen alternately injects minute amounts of carbon dioxide and hyaluronic acid so that your own collagen fills in. Its advantage is a natural, long-lasting result without a foreign-body sensation.
Is it really not painful without anesthesia?
Because a fine syringe that injects in 0.001cc increments is used, there is little pain, so the procedure is often performed without anesthesia. Those who are sensitive may choose cream anesthesia.
Is there redness or swelling after the procedure?
Redness and slight swelling may occur at the injection site for about 1–2 days. You can wash your face and wear light makeup from the next day; please take care with sun protection.
Why do nodules form?
It often occurs when blood or swelling that pooled after a procedure does not drain well, or when fibrous tissue tangles around the injected ingredient. It varies with the treatment area, injection depth and each person's recovery response, so at the consultation we feel it by hand and estimate the cause.
Won't it go away on its own over time?
Swelling right after a procedure mostly settles over time. However, if it still feels hard or becomes more prominent after several weeks, the tissue may be hardening, so it is best to have it checked.
Can I receive care for procedures I had at another clinic?
Yes, it is possible. Telling us when and which procedures you had helps us assess your condition. Because the care approach depends on the cause, we check it first at the consultation.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on the size and firmness of the nodule and when it formed. We set the interval and number of sessions while monitoring progress, and at each visit we check how palpable it is and adjust the next step.
Is it painful, and is a recovery period needed?
It is performed without incisions, and redness or mild swelling may occur right after the session. Most people can return to daily activities the same day; if you are concerned about pain, please let us know in advance at the consultation.
How much does it cost?
It varies with the location and extent of the nodule and the number of sessions needed; we advise after checking your condition at the consultation.
Is Lifting by Layer a single device?
No. It is a planning approach that combines the lifting devices available at DER AaN Cheongdam, assigning them by skin layer. At consultation, we identify the layer where sagging has begun and choose the devices suited to that layer.
Do I need treatments with all the devices?
No. We select only the layers of concern and combine only the devices that are needed. In some cases, a single device is enough.
How do Ultherapy and Thermage differ?
Ultherapy PRIME uses focused ultrasound and is performed while confirming the depth down to the SMAS (fascia) layer, whereas Thermage FLX uses radiofrequency to stimulate collagen across several layers of the dermis. Because they address different layers, they are sometimes planned together.
Can I have treatments with several devices on the same day?
Depending on the combination and your skin condition, treatments may be done on the same day or split up at intervals. The physician sets the order and intervals while monitoring your skin's response.

Anti-aging

How is Ultherapy PRIME different from the previous Ulthera?
It uses the same ultrasound (HIFU) principle, but with a larger screen and clearer imaging the skin layers can be seen more precisely during treatment, and faster processing has shortened the treatment time. DER AaN Cheongdam has two genuine Ultherapy PRIME devices.
How much does Ultherapy cost?
It varies with the number of shots (300 · 400 · 500 · 600 shot options), the treatment area and the anesthesia method. After checking your skin condition with ultrasound imaging during the consultation, we will explain this along with the number of shots needed.
Is the Ultherapy treatment painful? How is anesthesia handled?
As thermal coagulation points form within the skin, there is a dull aching sensation, so you can choose between topical anesthetic cream or sedation at your consultation. Post-treatment discomfort usually subsides within a few days.
When do Ultherapy results appear and how long do they last?
You may feel tightening right after the procedure, but it becomes gradually more noticeable over the 2–3 months as collagen is rebuilt. How long results last depends on skin condition and lifestyle, and a repeat treatment is usually considered around one year later.
Can I have it together with Thermage?
Ultherapy PRIME treats the deep layers with ultrasound while Thermage treats the dermis with radiofrequency. Because their mechanisms differ, the two can be combined.
Is there any swelling or downtime after an Ultherapy treatment?
Redness, mild swelling, or tenderness when pressed may last a few days after the procedure, and bruising or temporary changes in sensation can occur rarely. Most people can wash their face and carry on with daily life the same day, though recovery speed varies from person to person.
How much does Thermage FLX cost?
It varies with the treatment area, the type of tip and the number of shots (face 300 · 600 · 900 shots, eye area with the Eye tip 450 shots), so we assess your skin at the consultation before explaining. We first decide the shot composition according to the location of the laxity and your skin thickness.
When do Thermage FLX results appear, and how long do they last?
You feel a mild tightening right after the procedure, and over the following 6 months new collagen forms and firmness gradually builds. How long it lasts varies from person to person depending on skin condition and lifestyle, so a repeat treatment is generally considered around the one-year mark.
What side effects can occur with Thermage FLX?
Erythema, mild swelling and a feeling of heat may occur after the procedure, and these usually subside within a few days. Temporary changes in sensation can occur rarely, so we treat with tips and energy levels matched to your skin thickness and protect the epidermis with cooling spray.
Is Thermage FLX painful?
As the radiofrequency heat reaches the dermis, there is a hot, aching sensation, so topical anaesthetic cream is added if needed. The epidermis is protected by a cooling spray and the vibration of the handpiece disperses the sensation of pain. Pain levels vary from person to person, so the method of anaesthesia is decided together during the consultation.
How long does a Thermage FLX treatment take, and what is the recovery period?
Depending on the number of shots, it usually takes around 30–60 minutes, and the 4.0cm² Total Tip is up to 25% faster than the 3.0cm² tip. As there are no incisions, you can wash your face and go about daily life on the day of treatment; it is best to avoid saunas and strong UV exposure for a few days.
Can I have Thermage FLX and Ultherapy together?
Yes. They work at different depths, so we plan them together. Ultherapy lifts the SMAS layer, while Thermage FLX works on collagen across multiple dermal layers, so when sagging and loss of firmness occur together we combine the two treatments; the order and interval are decided during consultation.
How much does ONDA Lifting cost?
It varies with the treatment area (double chin · cheeks · abdomen · upper arms, etc.), the type of handpiece and the number of sessions, so we assess your fat layer and degree of laxity at the consultation before explaining. The treatment scope differs for the face and body, so each area is planned separately.
When do the results of ONDA Lifting become visible?
Dermal collagen contracts immediately after the treatment, giving a mild tightening sensation, and over the 1–2 months in which fat cells decrease and new collagen forms, changes to the contour appear gradually. Results vary between individuals depending on the amount of fat and the condition of the skin.
What side effects can occur with ONDA Lifting?
Temporary redness, a sensation of heat and mild swelling may occur in the treated area, and these usually subside within a few days. Contact cooling at 5°C protects the epidermis, and we monitor the temperature distribution with thermal imaging during the procedure to manage the risk of epidermal damage.
Does ONDA Lifting hurt?
The 5°C cooling on the handpiece contact surface cools the epidermis while delivering energy, so discomfort tends to be mild — about the feeling of warmth. Pain sensitivity varies from person to person, so topical anesthetic cream can be added if needed, as decided during consultation.
How many ONDA Lifting sessions are needed?
The number of sessions varies with the amount of fat, the degree of sagging and the area, so a program is usually designed with several sessions at intervals of about 2–4 weeks. Facial contouring uses the Pocket handpiece and the body the Deep and Shallow handpieces, with the number of sessions set separately for each area.
How is ONDA Lifting different from Ultherapy and Thermage?
ONDA Lifting uses microwaves to reduce the subcutaneous fat layer while tightening the dermis; Ultherapy uses ultrasound on the SMAS layer, and Thermage uses radiofrequency across multiple dermal layers. For sagging accompanied by fat, such as a double chin or deep cheek fat, we plan ONDA first and combine treatments if needed.
How much does Sofwave cost?
It varies with the treatment area (full face · eyebrows · under the chin · neck · inner arms) and its extent, so we check your skin condition at the consultation before explaining. We first look at whether the laxity is in the superficial layer and determine whether Sofwave is suited to your concern.
When do Sofwave results appear and how long do they last?
In the thermal coagulation zones created in the dermis at 1.5 mm, new collagen and elastin form, and firmness gradually increases over roughly 4–12 weeks. Clinical studies have reported results lasting up to 12 months, and outcomes may vary depending on individual skin condition.
What side effects can occur with Sofwave?
Erythema, mild swelling and a feeling of heat may occur after the procedure, and these usually subside within a few days. The thermal effect is confined to the dermis at 0.5–2 mm and is designed to avoid the epidermis, nerves, vessels and fat layer, while cooling and real-time temperature monitoring protect the epidermis.
Does Sofwave hurt?
As the dermis is heated to 60–70°C for 4–5 seconds, there is a momentary sensation of heat, so the treatment is performed after applying a numbing cream. Sofcool cooling keeps the epidermis cool throughout, so the burden of discomfort tends to be low; this makes it a good option for those starting lifting treatments for the first time, though the level of discomfort varies between individuals.
How long does a Sofwave treatment take, and what is the recovery period?
A full-face treatment takes about 30–45 minutes. Since the epidermis and fat layer are not affected, no separate recovery period is required — you can wash your face and go about daily life on the day of treatment, and it can be performed on all skin types year-round.
What is the difference between Sofwave and Ultherapy?
Sofwave uses parallel beams to warm a broad area of the shallow dermis at 1.5 mm, addressing fine lines and firmness, while Ultherapy creates coagulation points in the deeper SMAS layer to lift sagging. If your concern lies in the shallow layers, Sofwave is prioritized; if sagging is deeper, Ultherapy comes first — and the two may also be planned together.
How much does Belluti Lifting cost?
It varies with the treatment area (under-eye · mid-face · jawline), the program composition and the number of sessions, so we assess your skin at the consultation before explaining. You choose the areas you need from Belluti Eye · Face · V.
How is Belluti Lifting different from heat-based lifting such as Ultherapy or Thermage?
Ultherapy and Thermage contract tissue with heat, while Belluti stimulates tissue with physical shock waves created by firing a laser onto a diamond patch. Since no heat remains in the epidermis, it is well suited to heat-sensitive areas and thin skin such as under the eyes, and for areas with deeper sagging we design it together with heat-based lifting.
Does Belluti Lifting hurt? Is anesthesia used?
Because the stimulation comes from vibration rather than heat, discomfort tends to be minimal, so the treatment is usually performed without anesthesia. You may feel a light tapping sensation as the laser meets the patch, and any redness right after the procedure generally settles the same day.
When do the effects of Belluti Lifting appear, and how many sessions are needed?
Puffiness and bulging under the eyes begin to change within a few days after the procedure, while firmness improves gradually over the several weeks in which tissue regenerates. A program is generally considered to be 3–5 sessions at intervals of 2–4 weeks, with individual variation depending on the area and condition.
What side effects can occur with Belluti Lifting?
Temporary redness and mild swelling may occur right after the procedure, and swelling can briefly increase around day 3 before settling. As there is no incision or thermal damage, the risk of infection or scarring is low; avoid massaging or rubbing the treated area firmly for a few days.
Can Belluti Lifting be done instead of under-eye fat repositioning surgery?
When under-eye fat protrudes severely, surgery may be necessary. However, if the protrusion is early-stage or accompanied by dark circles and puffiness, Belluti can be tried first without incisions. During the consultation, we assess the amount of fat and the condition of the septum and advise on the suitable approach.
How much does Plasmang cost?
It varies depending on the area — scar sites only or the whole face — the handpiece configuration and the number of sessions, and is explained during the consultation. The number of sessions is determined after assessing scar depth, pores and firmness.
Is Plasmang also effective for acne scars?
The Unilarge handpiece delivers energy deeply through a single electrode to refine scars and pores, while pixel plasma stimulates collagen production to address elasticity at the same time. The number of sessions is planned according to the depth of the scars and may vary from person to person.
When do the effects of Plasmang become visible?
Because it works by inducing collagen production, results appear gradually. From around three months after treatment, aged collagen and elastic fibers begin to regenerate, and new collagen settles in over the course of a year; this may vary with individual skin condition.
How many Plasmang sessions do I need?
It depends on the depth of the scars and on your pore and firmness concerns, and it is usually carried out over several sessions spaced apart. Scars and pores are treated with Unilase and firmness with Pixel Plasma, with the number of sessions decided during the consultation.
Is the Plasmang treatment painful? What is recovery like afterwards?
Because it is a non-invasive method that heats from above the skin without needles or shots, you feel only warmth and a slight prickling; whether anaesthesia is used is decided during the consultation. There may be some redness after the treatment, but the recovery period is short, so you can return to daily life right away, and make-up is generally possible from the next day.
How is Plasmang different from Sylfirm X?
Sylfirm X is a non-invasive-style procedure in which microneedles enter the skin and deliver radiofrequency to the desired layer, while Plasmang delivers heat with plasma on top of the skin and is non-invasive. We design by dividing your concerns: scars and firmness with Plasmang, and pigment with StarWalker.
How much does APTOS thread lifting cost?
It depends on the type of thread (Thread, Needle or NAMICA), the number used and the treatment area, so we advise you during the consultation after assessing your facial structure and the direction of sagging. Rather than increasing the number of threads, it is the lifting direction and the design of the fixation points that determine the result.
How long do the results of APTOS thread lifting last?
Right after the procedure you can see the change as the fine barbs lift the tissue, and while the threads are absorbed, collagen forms around them so firmness continues even after the threads are gone. Results generally last in the range of 1–2 years with individual variation, and combining with Ultherapy or Thermage allows a longer-lasting plan.
What side effects can occur with APTOS thread lifting?
Swelling, bruising or a tight feeling may occur at the insertion site and usually subsides within 3–7 days. Rarely, the threads may be felt or the skin may look temporarily uneven, so avoid rubbing the area hard for a few days.
Does APTOS thread lifting hurt?
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, so discomfort during treatment tends to be minimal, and the hyaluronic acid coating on the thread surface reduces friction during insertion for a smoother procedure. For a few days afterwards you may feel tightness and stiffness; the degree of discomfort varies from person to person.
How many threads are used in APTOS thread lifting?
It varies with the area and degree of sagging; during the consultation we assess your facial structure and decide the number of threads per area. The Thread Method is used for the cheeks and jawline, the Needle Method for fine areas and delicate lines, and NAMICA threads when hydration and regeneration are also needed. The direction of lift and the fixation points determine the result more than the number of threads.
What is the difference between APTOS thread lifting and Silhouette Soft?
With APTOS, the fine cogs on the surface of the P(LA/CL) thread catch and lift the tissue, while with Silhouette Soft, the 3D cones attached to the PLLA thread support the tissue from below. The right thread is chosen during the consultation according to the direction and weight of the sagging and the thickness of the skin, and Dr. Kyungeun Lee, an official APTOS trainer, plans the treatment personally.
How much does Silhouette Soft cost?
It varies with the number of cones (8 · 12 · 16 cones), the number of threads and the treatment area, so we assess the length and weight of the sagging during the consultation and then advise you. The number of cones is set differently for each area, and left-right balance is designed together.
How long do the results of Silhouette Soft last?
The cones lift sagging tissue immediately, so a change is visible right after treatment, and as the PLLA threads and cones are absorbed, collagen forms and the effect is maintained for 12–18 months. Results vary with skin thickness and the degree of sagging, and when reinforced with Ultherapy or Thermage we design for a longer duration.
What side effects can Silhouette Soft have?
Swelling, bruising or a tight feeling may occur at the insertion site and usually subsides within 3–7 days. Rarely, the cones may be temporarily felt or the skin may look slightly folded, so avoid rubbing the area hard for a few days.
Does Silhouette Soft hurt?
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, so discomfort during treatment tends to be minimal, and the smooth cone surface causes little irritation on insertion. For a few days afterwards you may feel tightness and stiffness; the degree of discomfort varies from person to person.
How do I choose between Silhouette Soft 8, 12 and 16 cones?
It is decided by the length and weight of the sagging. Small areas and mild sagging use 8 cones, the cheeks and nasolabial lines use 12 cones (including the shorter 12-cone Short), and long lines extending to the jawline with marked sagging use 16 cones. During the consultation we design the number of cones and the support points for each area.
What is the difference between Silhouette Soft and APTOS thread lifting?
With Silhouette Soft, the 360° 3D cones on a PLLA thread support and hold the tissue, while with APTOS the fine barbs on the surface of a P(LA/CL) thread hook and lift it. The cones have a smooth surface and cause less irritation; during your consultation we choose the thread that suits the direction of sagging and your skin thickness.
How much does Body Lifting cost?
It varies with the extent of the treatment area (abdomen · upper arms · thighs · buttocks), the amount of fat and the number of sessions, so we assess your body shape and fat distribution at the consultation before explaining. You can select only the areas that concern you, and we decide the handpiece and number of sessions for each area.
When do the results of Body Lifting become visible?
Dermal collagen contracts immediately after the treatment, giving a mild tightening sensation, and over the 1–2 months of natural healing in which reduced fat cells are cleared away, collagen forms and changes to the contour appear gradually. Results vary between individuals depending on the amount of fat and the condition of the skin.
How many Body Lifting sessions are needed?
Depending on the thickness of the fat layer and the degree of skin laxity, sessions are planned by area, and several sessions are usually carried out as one program at intervals of about 2–4 weeks. The deep fat layer is treated with the Deep handpiece and cellulite and lax skin with the Shallow handpiece, with sessions planned accordingly.
What side effects can Body Lifting have?
Temporary redness, a sensation of heat and mild swelling may occur in the treated area, and these usually subside within a few days. The epidermis is protected with contact cooling and the temperature distribution is monitored with thermal imaging during the procedure, so the energy is matched to your fat volume and skin thickness.
Is Body Lifting painful, and can I return to daily life right after the treatment?
Contact cooling cools the epidermis while energy is delivered, so the sensation is mostly just warmth and the pain burden tends to be low, and you can return to daily life right after the treatment. Pain sensitivity varies from person to person, so numbing cream can be added if needed.
How is Body Lifting different from liposuction?
Body Lifting is a non-incisional treatment that uses microwaves to reduce fat cells while also tightening loose skin, whereas liposuction is surgery that physically removes fat. It is recommended for areas with both fat and reduced elasticity, and hollowed volume can be filled in combination with Hipfullen or LAFULLEN collagen injections.
What areas and concerns is Shock Lifting for?
It is used for depressions and cellulite-related irregularities on the arms, abdomen, thighs and hip line, for areas that have become hard or uneven after liposuction, and for an uneven contour under the chin. It is applied in the same way to hardened tissue such as scars and keloids. During the consultation we first palpate the tissue directly to confirm whether it is suitable.
Is Shock Lifting painful? Is anesthesia used?
Because the laser does not touch the skin directly and the patch receives the energy, you feel a brief snapping pressure on the patch rather than heat. It is usually performed without anesthesia; if you are sensitive to pain, let us know during the consultation and we will adjust the treatment area and pace.
Is there a recovery period after the procedure? Can I return to daily life right away?
Because no heat remains on the surface, there may be temporary redness or mild swelling right after the procedure, which usually subsides within a day or two. As it is performed without incision or anesthesia, you can go about your day as usual. Avoid rubbing the treated area vigorously or exposing it to hot stimulation such as saunas for a few days.
How many sessions, and at what intervals?
Because the tissue response continues over several weeks, sessions are usually spaced 3–4 weeks apart, with the number of sessions determined by the area and tissue condition. Mild depressions may need fewer sessions, while areas that have hardened after liposuction or broad cellulite irregularities are planned over several sessions. As this varies from person to person, we provide guidance during your consultation.
Can it be combined with Body Lifting (ONDA) or liposuction?
Sagging skin and fat are addressed with body lifting, while localized depressions and hardened tissue are addressed with Shock Lifting, so the two complement each other. It is also applied to unevenness and adhesions remaining after liposuction; when to start after surgery and the order and interval of the two treatments are decided at the consultation based on your recovery.
Belluti Lifting also fires a laser at a patch. How is it different from Shock Lifting?
In both treatments, a patch receives the laser and creates pressure stimulation, but at DER AaN they are used on different areas. Belluti Lifting is used on thin areas of the face such as under the eyes, cheeks and jawline, while Shock Lifting is used on depressions and contours of the arms, abdomen, thighs and hip line, hardened tissue after liposuction, and the contour under the chin. Cutting the patch to fit the area before applying it is also a feature of Shock Lifting.
Are there any precautions, or cases where this treatment is not suitable?
It is not used directly on the eye area. If there is a wound, infection or active skin condition in the treatment area, we proceed after it has healed; if you are pregnant or have a keloid-prone constitution or any other condition that needs to be checked, please tell us during the consultation. For a few days after the treatment, avoid massaging the treated area and exposing it to heat, and if redness persists, please let the clinic know.
What kind of treatment is BBe Injection?
BBe Injection is a body injection delivered into the subcutaneous fat layer of stubborn areas where cellulite and fat accumulate, to help improve accumulated cellulite and fat. Only the areas of concern are treated, without incisions.
Which areas is BBe Injection used on?
It is mainly used for areas that are hard to slim down even with exercise and diet, such as the abdomen · flanks · upper arms · thighs. The areas and extent are decided during consultation after assessing fat thickness and cellulite level.
How many sessions of BBe Injection are needed?
Rather than injecting a large amount at once, treatment is often divided into several sessions. The number of sessions and intervals are decided at consultation based on the size of the area and fat thickness.
Does BBe Injection hurt? When can I return to daily life?
You may feel a stinging sensation and stiffness during injection, and you can return to daily life right after treatment. Depending on the area, swelling or warmth may last a few days.
What are the side effects or precautions of BBe Injection?
Swelling · bruising · warmth · stiffness may occur at the injection site and usually subside within a few days. On the day of treatment it is best to avoid heavy drinking and saunas, and since responses vary by individual, precautions are explained during consultation.
Can it be combined with body lifting?
Yes. We can design a combination in which BBe Injection addresses accumulated fat and cellulite while ONDA body lifting tightens loose skin. The order and intervals are explained during consultation.
Does the NUVIJU treatment hurt?
A fine needle is used to inject at several points under the skin beneath the chin. The formulation's pH is matched closely to that of the body to reduce stinging during injection, and topical anesthetic cream or cooling can be added beforehand if needed. The tingling sensation after the procedure usually subsides within a few days, though pain sensitivity varies from person to person.
How long do swelling and bruising last?
Swelling, bruising, a firm feeling or tingling may occur at the injection site, and these usually subside within a few days to a week. Cholic acid was chosen to reduce the burden of swelling and bruising, but responses vary with the amount of fat and the injected area, so avoid saunas, alcohol and vigorous rubbing massage for a few days after the procedure.
How many NUVIJU sessions are needed, and at what intervals?
The number of sessions and the intervals between them depend on the amount of submental fat and on how you respond to the treatment, so they are decided during your consultation. Rather than addressing all of the fat at once, the treatment is usually divided into several sessions a few weeks apart, with the next session scheduled after the swelling from the previous one has subsided.
When do the effects of NUVIJU become visible?
Because it takes time for the broken-down fat cells to be cleared, the area under the chin tends to feel lighter gradually over several weeks rather than right after the procedure. Changes build up with each session, and results vary with the amount of fat and individual response.
Who is NUVIJU suitable for?
We recommend it for those whose jawline has become blurred by fat pooling between the chin and neck, and for those whose under-chin fat remains even after weight loss. If a prominent under-chin area is caused not by fat but by skin laxity or jaw structure, lifting or another approach may suit you better than NUVIJU, so we distinguish this first at the consultation. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have an infection or inflammation in the treatment area, the procedure is postponed.
How is it different from conventional fat-dissolving injections?
Most submental fat-reduction injections on the market use deoxycholic acid as their main ingredient, while NUVIJU uses cholic acid, the bile acid that precedes it. Both belong to the same family in that they dissolve the membrane of fat cells, but cholic acid was chosen to reduce reactions such as swelling and bruising; the formulation's pH is matched closely to that of the body, and it contains no benzyl alcohol or benzethonium chloride.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
If the skin is left loose as fat decreases, tightening treatments such as body lifting (ONDA), thread lifting, or Ultherapy can be planned together. Whether to perform them on the same day or with an interval is decided based on your skin condition and the degree of swelling.
What should I be careful about after the procedure?
On the day of the procedure, do not touch or rub the injection site firmly, and avoid saunas, alcohol and strenuous exercise for a few days. If swelling lasts a long time, or if your skin changes color or feels numb, please let the clinic know right away. Nerves run beneath the chin, so it is important to be treated by a medical professional who understands the anatomy.

Miracell Stem Cells

View treatment details →

Whose cells are used?
Only cells isolated from the patient's own blood or bone marrow are used. Because they are the patient's own cells, there is less burden of immune rejection.
What concerns is it suitable for?
Indications and treatment methods vary depending on your health condition and goals, so our medical staff will provide individual guidance during the consultation.
How much does Miracell cost?
It varies depending on the collection method (blood or bone marrow), the treatment area and the number of sessions. During the consultation we check your health status and goals, decide on the approach, and then explain the details.
Is Miracell collected from blood or from bone marrow?
Whether to use blood (BSC kit) or bone marrow (BmSC kit) is decided during consultation based on your health status and goals. The collected blood or bone marrow is processed by Smart M-Cell through automated rotation for primary separation and secondary concentration, then used the same day.
Are there any side effects with Miracell?
Because only your own cells are used, the burden of immune rejection is low, but pain, bruising and swelling may occur at the harvesting and injection sites; these usually subside within a few days. Precautions before and after the procedure are explained individually during the consultation.
How is this different from exosome cosmetics?
Cosmetic exosomes are non-autologous components derived from other cells. MCT processes PRP made from the patient's own blood to promote the release of autologous exosomes, so only the patient's own components are used.
How much does MCT Metacell cost?
It varies with the treatment area and its extent, the treatment preset and the number of sessions. We check your skin condition and goals at the consultation, draw up a plan and then explain.
How is MCT Metacell different from PRP?
After the PRP is prepared, an additional step treats it for 10-15 minutes with light of a specific wavelength and with heat in the MCT Unit. The platelets are not concentrated or cultured — only photothermal conditioning is applied — and we select the condition suited to the goal from three presets: PRP · Cells · Exosomes.
Are there any side effects with MCT Metacell?
Only your own blood components are processed, without chemical additives, but bruising at the blood draw site and swelling, redness or a stinging sensation at the injection site may occur; these usually subside within a few days. Post-treatment precautions are explained during the consultation.
How is it different from PRP?
PRP obtains platelet-rich plasma through centrifugation, whereas Exosmart ultrafilters that plasma again through a 15 kDa hollow-fiber membrane filter to further concentrate exosomes, platelets and growth factors. No chemical activators are added.
How much does Exosmart cost?
It varies with the treatment area and its extent and the number of sessions. We check your skin condition and goals at the consultation, draw up a plan and then explain.
How much blood is drawn for Exosmart?
60 mL of blood is drawn and centrifuged to obtain 30 mL of plasma, which is then ultrafiltered through a 15 kDa hollow fiber membrane filter to recover 6–7 mL of concentrate. No chemical activators are added — only your own blood components remain.
Are there any side effects with Exosmart?
Bruising at the blood draw site and swelling, redness or mild pain at the injection site may last for a few days, and in most cases these subside on their own. Only your own blood components are used, without chemical activators, and post-treatment precautions include instructions to inform the clinic if any reaction persists.
Is it suitable for everyone?
Following the procedures and review required by the Advanced Regenerative Bio Act, our medical team determines whether the treatment is appropriate and how it will be performed. Details are provided individually during consultation.
How much does NK Cell Therapy cost?
It varies depending on the number and spacing of sessions and the processes of the cell processing facility. Following the procedures and review required under the Advanced Regenerative Bio Act, whether and how treatment is performed is determined and then explained during the consultation.
Is NK Cell Therapy injected on the same day as the blood draw?
No. Immune cells separated from the blood drawn are expanded and activated through a process at a cell processing facility, and are then given by intravenous injection, so the injection is not performed on the same day as the blood draw. The schedule is explained individually during your consultation.
Are there any side effects with NK Cell Therapy?
Because only your own cells are used, the burden of immune rejection is low, but bruising at the blood draw site or discomfort at the IV site may occur; these usually subside within a few days. Other reactions and precautions are explained individually by our medical staff during the consultation.
How much does Re:Stem Cell cost?
It varies depending on the amount of human collagen, the combination with autologous cell components, the treatment area and the number of sessions. During the consultation, your skin condition is assessed, the ratio is designed, and then explained to you.
How many Re:Stem Cell sessions are needed?
The ratio of human collagen to your own cell components, as well as the number of sessions and intervals, is determined individually according to your skin condition and goals. Our medical team will provide individual guidance at your consultation.
Are there any side effects with Re:Stem Cell?
Bruising at the blood draw site and swelling, redness or bruising at the injection site may occur, and in most cases these subside within a few days. The autologous component comes from your own blood, while human collagen uses an acellular allogeneic dermal material (Elravie Re2O); post-treatment precautions are explained during the consultation.
When do results appear, and how long do they last?
Volume filled by the gel carrier is visible immediately after the procedure, and collagen production begins from 4–6 weeks. How long it lasts varies with the area and skin condition, and will be explained during the consultation.
How much does LAFULLEN cost?
It varies with the treatment area, the degree of volume loss and the number of vials required. One vial of LAFULLEN is a 1 ml prefilled syringe; we plan the injection volume for each area and explain it during the consultation.
Are there any side effects with LAFULLEN?
Swelling, redness and bruising may occur at the injection site, and most subsides within a few days. Since overfilling can cause nodules, the layer and amount are determined in advance and injected evenly. PCL is a biodegradable polymer that breaks down into water and carbon dioxide in the body.
Is the LAFULLEN procedure painful?
A numbing cream is applied before injection, so during the procedure you feel a slight sting from the needle and a sense of dull pressure. Pain or swelling after the procedure usually subsides within 1–3 days, and precautions during recovery are explained at your consultation.
How is it different from fat grafting?
Fat grafting is a surgical procedure that harvests your own fat and transfers it, while Hip Collagen is an injectable treatment that delivers PCL collagen filler to add volume and induce collagen production. It is performed without incisions, and reactions such as swelling may last a few days depending on the individual.
Can I sit down right after the procedure?
You can go about your normal daily activities on the day of the procedure. It is best to avoid pressing hard on or massaging the injected area for a few days. Detailed aftercare will be explained during your consultation.
How much does Hip Collagen cost?
It depends on the size of the treatment area, the degree of volume loss and the amount required (number of vials). Body areas are larger than the face, so the areas and amounts are planned in stages; we will advise you after assessing your body shape at the consultation.
When do the effects of Hip Collagen appear, and how long do they last?
Volume filled by the gel carrier is visible immediately after the procedure, and from 4–6 weeks the PCL microspheres stimulate collagen production so that firmness continues. How long it lasts varies from person to person depending on the area, the amount used and skin condition, and will be explained during the consultation.
Are there any side effects or pain with Hip Collagen?
The injection is given after applying anesthetic cream. Swelling, bruising and a dull ache may occur at the injection site, and these usually subside within a few days. Injecting too much at once can cause nodules, so we divide the amount by area and inject measured doses.
How much does JuveLook cost?
It varies with the treatment area and its extent, which product is used among Juvelook · Juvelook Volume · Juvelook i and how many vials, and the number of sessions. We assess your skin thickness and areas of concern at the consultation before explaining.
When do the effects of JuveLook become visible?
Unlike fillers that add volume immediately upon injection, PDLLA microparticles stimulate fibroblasts so that your own collagen forms gradually, so changes generally appear from around 6 weeks. The timing and duration vary with skin condition and the number of sessions, and will be explained during your consultation.
Are there any side effects with JuveLook?
Swelling, redness and bruising may occur at the injection site, and mild swelling may last 1–3 days after the procedure, but most subsides within a few days. Since overfilling can cause nodules, the product is injected in measured amounts, divided across layers and volumes to suit your skin thickness.
Is the JuveLook treatment painful?
Since the injection is given after applying anesthetic cream, during treatment you will feel only a slight sting and a dull sense of pressure, which varies by area and skin thickness. Any pain after the treatment usually subsides within a few days.
How many JuveLook sessions are needed?
Depending on your skin condition and the area of concern, treatment is done in a single session or divided into sessions spaced apart. Injecting too much at once can cause nodules, so we inject measured amounts over several sessions, with individual guidance given at your consultation.
What is the difference between JuveLook and JuveLook Volume?
They share the same PDLLA-HA composition, but the particle size and concentration differ, so each is used in a different layer. Juvelook (50 mg) is used in the dermis for fine lines, pores and skin texture; Juvelook Volume (200 mg) in the subcutaneous layer for hollow cheeks, forehead and temple volume; and Juvelook i (30 mg) for thin areas such as under the eyes and around the eyes.
How much does Sculptra cost?
The cost of Sculptra varies with the number of vials used, the treatment areas and the number of sessions. After assessing your facial shape and the degree of volume loss, we determine the amount and number of sessions needed and explain them during the consultation.
How is Sculptra different from fillers?
With fillers, the injected gel itself creates volume, whereas with Sculptra the PLLA microparticles break down and stimulate your own collagen production, filling in gradually. The volume seen right after injection comes from the water injected with it, so it decreases briefly once absorbed and then fills in again as collagen is produced.
When do Sculptra results appear, and how long do they last?
Improvement begins to show from around 6 weeks and becomes clearer at about 3 months. A study reported a 66.5% increase in Type 1 collagen 3 months after treatment, and because the collagen that has formed remains even after the PLLA has broken down, results generally last about 1 to 2 years, though this can vary from person to person.
How many Sculptra sessions do I need?
The treatment is usually divided into 2–3 sessions. Injecting a large amount at once can cause nodules, so after the first session we observe the skin's response and progress and adjust the depth and amount for the second and third sessions; the intervals are decided during consultation.
Can Sculptra cause side effects such as bruising or nodules?
Swelling, bruising, redness and tenderness may occur at the injection site, and most subside within a few days. Nodules can occur when an excessive amount collects in one spot, so the depth and amount are planned separately for each area, and we explain the post-procedure massage method so it settles evenly.
Can I have Sculptra together with Ultherapy or thread lifting?
They can be planned together. Sculptra fills lost volume while Ultherapy or thread lifting lifts sagging — because their roles differ, the order and timing are decided during consultation according to your facial condition.
How much does Ellansé cost?
The cost of Ellansé varies depending on the treatment area, the amount injected and whether the S or M line is chosen. After assessing your facial shape and the degree of volume loss, we determine the amount needed and explain it during the consultation.
How is Ellansé different from hyaluronic acid filler?
With hyaluronic acid fillers, the gel itself creates volume and is absorbed over time. Ellansé is a dual-action filler in which the CMC gel creates volume immediately after the procedure, and over the 4–6 weeks while the gel is absorbed, PCL microspheres stimulate collagen production so that your own collagen carries the volume on.
When do the effects of Ellansé appear and how long do they last?
Volume is visible immediately after the procedure thanks to the gel carrier, and as the gel is absorbed over 4–6 weeks, the PCL produces collagen that carries the volume on. The effect can last up to 24 months, and may vary by product line and individual.
What is the difference between Ellansé S and M?
Two lines divided by how long the results last. We choose together during the consultation, considering the area, the duration you want and your skin thickness.
Can Ellansé cause side effects such as bruising or lumps?
Swelling, bruising, redness and tenderness may occur at the injection site, and most subside within a few days. Single-use cannulas matched to each area reduce bruising and swelling, and only a measured amount is injected, accounting for the collagen that will build up over time, to reduce excess volume and clumping.
How many Ellansé sessions do I need?
Volume is usually achieved in a single session, and once the collagen has settled we review the results and top up if needed. Dr. Kyungeun Lee, an Ellansé KOL, determines whether a top-up is needed, and repeat treatment is decided in consultation when volume decreases after the duration of effect has passed.
How much does Olidia cost?
The cost of Olidia varies with the dose (365, 240 or 120), the treatment area and the number of sessions. After assessing your skin thickness and the degree of volume loss, we determine the necessary dose and number of sessions and explain them during the consultation.
How does Olidia differ from fillers or fat grafting?
With fillers, the injected gel creates volume immediately and is absorbed over time, while fat grafting is a surgery that harvests and transfers fat. Olidia is an injectable treatment in which PLLA breaks down and your own collagen gradually fills in; it is performed after topical anesthetic cream and allows a return to daily life the same day.
When do the effects of Olidia appear and how long do they last?
Right after the procedure, PLLA and fluid fill the volume; as the fluid is absorbed it decreases slightly, and from around 6 weeks improvement from collagen begins to show. The collagen that forms remains, so results generally last about 1–2 years, with individual variation.
What is the difference between Olidia 365, 240 and 120?
The dose and injection depth differ. Olidia (365mg) is placed in the subcutaneous layer to fill larger volume loss, while 240 and 120 are placed in the subcutaneous dermis for mid-depth volume or thin areas and fine lines. The right option is chosen for each area during the consultation.
Can Olidia cause side effects such as nodules or bruising?
Swelling, bruising, redness and tenderness may occur at the injection site, and most subside within a few days. If PLLA collects in one spot, nodules can form, so we plan the dose, depth and number of sessions accordingly and explain the post-procedure massage method.
How many Olidia sessions are needed?
Depending on how hollow the area is and where it is, treatment is done in one session or divided over several. After about 6 weeks, once collagen has formed, Dr. Kyungeun Lee — an Olidia KOL — reviews the results and decides whether more is needed and at what interval; large amounts are never injected at once.
How much does the GOURI Booster cost?
The cost of the GOURI Booster varies with the treatment area, the number of sessions and whether additional treatments are performed. After examining your skin condition and the areas with fine lines · loss of elasticity, we determine the necessary number of sessions and explain this during the consultation.
How is the GOURI Booster different from fillers and other collagen boosters?
Fillers create volume by placing a gel in a specific area, and particle-type collagen boosters settle in one spot. GOURI is PCL fully dissolved into a liquid with no particles, so 10-point injection spreads it evenly over the whole face without clumping in one place.
When do the effects of the GOURI Booster appear and how long do they last?
Right after the procedure, skin texture and hydration are improved, and as the liquid PCL hydrolyses it creates an environment for collagen production, so firmness usually appears gradually over several weeks to a few months. How long results last depends on skin condition and lifestyle, so there is individual variation.
How many GOURI Booster sessions do I need?
One session is standard, with 1–2 additional sessions at 4–6 week intervals if needed. After the first treatment, we assess your skin's response and decide together during consultation whether further sessions are needed.
Can bruising or lumps occur as a side effect of the GOURI Booster?
Swelling, bruising, redness and tenderness to the touch may occur at the injection site, and most subside within a few days. As it contains no particles, there is little concern about clumping; the procedure is performed after topical anesthetic cream and you can return to daily life right away.
What is the GOURI Booster 10-point injection?
This is the standard injection method in which the entire face is divided into 10 points and liquid PCL is injected so that it spreads evenly across the face. Rather than simply following the fixed points, the position and amount are adjusted to the facial structure and the location of fine lines.
How much does Radiesse cost?
The cost of Radiesse varies depending on the treatment area (jawline · cheeks · temples · back of the hands), the number of syringes, and whether it is used undiluted or diluted. After assessing your contour and volume loss, we determine the amount needed and explain it during the consultation.
How is Radiesse different from hyaluronic acid fillers?
With hyaluronic acid fillers, the gel itself creates volume and is absorbed over time. Radiesse consists of calcium (CaHA) microparticles in a gel carrier; after the gel is absorbed, the CaHA stimulates collagen and elastin production so that your own collagen remains, and its high viscosity makes it suitable for shaping contours.
When do Radiesse results appear and how long do they last?
Volume is visible immediately after the procedure thanks to the gel carrier, and while the gel is absorbed the CaHA particles activate collagen production, so firmness builds gradually over several months. The collagen that has formed remains even after the gel is absorbed, and how long it lasts varies with the area, the injected volume and the individual.
Why is Radiesse diluted for treatment?
This is because the purpose differs by area. For contouring that defines a line, such as the jawline or the chin tip, we use the undiluted product; for regeneration of the cheeks or broad areas, we dilute it and spread it thinly to induce collagen production. Even within one face, we design the layers and amounts separately.
Can Radiesse cause side effects such as bruising or lumps?
Swelling, bruising, redness and tenderness may occur at the injection site, and most subside within a few days. As it is a highly viscous material, palpable clumping can occur if the injection layer and amount are not appropriate, so the layer, amount and dilution are planned for each area and injected along a route that reduces bruising and swelling.
Is Radiesse treatment painful?
Lidocaine is used to reduce discomfort, and the injection path is chosen to minimize bruising and swelling. The level of discomfort varies by area and individual, and is explained during the consultation before the procedure.
How much does Gana V cost?
The cost of Gana V varies depending on the number of vials used, the treatment area and the number of sessions. After assessing the volume-depleted areas and your skin thickness, we determine the amount and number of sessions needed and explain them during the consultation.
How is Gana V different from fillers or Sculptra?
With fillers, the gel creates volume immediately, whereas Gana V is a biostimulator in which PLLA activates fibroblasts to induce your own collagen synthesis. It belongs to the same PLLA family as Sculptra but has irregular, porous particles, and clinical results have reported that its effect is not inferior to Sculptra.
When do the effects of Gana V appear and how long do they last?
The volume visible right after the procedure comes from the fluid injected along with it; as a PLLA-based product, collagen changes usually appear gradually from several weeks later. Collagen remodelling can be expected to give gradual, long-lasting results, which may vary from person to person.
How many Gana V sessions are needed?
Depending on how hollow the area is and where it is, treatment is done in one session or divided over several. One 173.3 mg vial is planned out across the different areas, and after the first session we review your progress and decide together in consultation whether more is needed and at what interval.
Can Gana V cause side effects such as nodules or bruising?
Swelling, bruising, redness and tenderness may occur at the injection site, and most subside within a few days. If PLLA collects in one spot, nodules can form, so the depth and amount are planned according to skin thickness and injected via a 21G cannula along a route that reduces bruising and swelling.
Can Gana V be performed on the same day as the consultation?
Yes. Because it is an irregular, porous powder, it hydrates quickly and can be prepared and administered right after the consultation. The powder used has a particle size of 10–70 μm, and the treatment time varies with the number of areas treated, which will be explained during your consultation.

Juvgen (autologous dermal regeneration)

View treatment details →

How much does Juvgen cost?
The cost of Juvgen varies with the treatment area (full face, scar areas, etc.) and the number of sessions. We assess the depth of scars, pores and fine lines, then decide on the number of sessions needed and explain this during your consultation.
How is Juvgen different from fillers or skin boosters?
Fillers create volume by filling with a product, whereas Juvgen is an autologous dermal regeneration procedure that alternately delivers 0.001 cc each of carbon dioxide gas and hyaluronic acid into the same spot to stimulate the dermis so that your own collagen and elastin are produced. It addresses fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores and loss of elasticity.
When do Juvgen results appear, and how long do they last?
Because this treatment works by having the dermis regenerate on its own, the skin improves as time passes, and collagen changes usually appear gradually over several weeks to a few months. Since the collagen your own skin has made remains, how long results last depends on the condition of your skin and varies between individuals.
How many Juvgen sessions are needed?
Sessions are planned according to the depth of scars, pores and fine lines and the tissue response. After the first treatment, the skin's response is assessed to determine the layers, amount and interval for the next session, and the number of sessions may increase depending on depth.
Can Juvgen cause side effects such as swelling or bruising?
Because the carbon dioxide physically expands the dermis, the treated area may look slightly swollen right after the procedure, and redness, swelling or bruising may occur, usually subsiding within a few days. Nodules are minimized by carefully calculating the injection depth and volume. Washing your face and wearing makeup are possible from two days after the procedure.
Is the Juvgen treatment painful?
It is completed within 20–30 minutes without anesthesia. A dedicated device delivers the injection in 0.001 cc increments, so only a small amount enters at a time; the degree of discomfort varies by area and individual and will be explained during your consultation.
Is the RYTIDE SHOT procedure painful?
After numbing cream, the threads are placed with a very fine 31G needle, so it often feels like a sting and light pricking pressure. The eye area has thin skin and can be more sensitive than other areas, and how much pain you feel varies from person to person.
When can I feel the effects?
Because collagen forms gradually along where the threads sit, you can expect the skin around the eyes to become slightly firmer over weeks to months rather than right after the procedure. The degree of change and how long it lasts vary from person to person with skin thickness, age and lifestyle.
Will swelling or bruising occur after the procedure?
Needle marks, mild swelling and redness may appear, and because the eye area has many blood vessels, bruising can occur. It usually settles within a few days; on the day of the procedure, do not rub or press the eye area hard, and it is best to avoid saunas, alcohol and strenuous exercise for a few days.
Who is it suited for?
Recommended for those whose fine lines under the eyes and at the outer corners stand out when they smile, and those whose eye-area skin has become thin and crinkly. If under-eye fat bulges or the skin is very loose, threads alone have limits and other methods may be recommended first. It is postponed if there is inflammation at the treatment site or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How is it different from eye-area fillers or skin boosters?
Fillers fill hollow areas with gel, and skin boosters add moisture and regenerative ingredients to the skin by injection. RYTIDE SHOT places PLLA in the form of solid threads crosswise to the wrinkles, helping collagen form at that spot. In areas that keep moving, such as the eyelids, it focuses on supporting the skin rather than adding volume.
Is it the same as thread lifting?
Both are thread procedures, but their purposes differ. Facial thread lifting uses barbed threads to pull sagging tissue upward, whereas RYTIDE SHOT is closer to a collagen booster that places short, barbless mono threads densely around the eyes to support the skin. When sagging that pulls the eye area downward is significant, the two procedures may be designed together.
Can I have it together with other procedures?
It can be designed together with procedures that address sagging across the whole face, such as Ultherapy or thread lifting, or with an eye-area skin booster. Whether to do them on the same day or space them out is decided by your skin condition and degree of swelling.
How much does Rejuran cost?
The cost of Rejuran varies depending on the line (Rejuran · I · S · HB Plus), the volume and the number of sessions. After assessing your skin thickness and the areas of concern, we determine the line and number of sessions and explain them during the consultation.
How is Rejuran different from fillers and collagen boosters?
Fillers add volume with a gel, while collagen boosters use PLLA or PCL to stimulate collagen production and create volume. Rejuran is a skin booster that delivers salmon DNA-derived PN into the dermis to create an environment in which the skin recovers on its own, addressing skin texture, moisture-oil balance, elasticity and pores rather than volume.
When do Rejuran results appear and how long do they last?
Most people begin to notice changes in skin texture and oil–moisture balance from around two weeks after the procedure, with elasticity and regeneration effects building up over repeated sessions. How long the results last varies from person to person depending on skin condition and lifestyle, and treatment at regular intervals can help maintain them.
How many Rejuran sessions are needed, and at what intervals?
Treatment is usually divided into sessions at intervals of 2–4 weeks. Each session is designed with its own goal — the first for skin texture and moisture–oil balance, the second for firmness, and the third to fourth for regeneration — with intervals adjusted according to the skin's response.
Can Rejuran cause swelling or bruising as a side effect?
Injection marks and redness may last 1–2 days, and swelling or bruising a few days, but these usually settle naturally. The injected areas may feel slightly raised for a day or two, but this is generally absorbed. The procedure is performed after topical anesthetic cream, and aftercare instructions are provided.
How do Rejuran I, S and HB Plus differ?
We choose according to the area and the concern. Rejuran is for the skin texture and fine lines of the whole face, Rejuran I for thin areas such as around the eyes, Rejuran S for scarred areas, and HB Plus adds hyaluronic acid and lidocaine to PN and is used for fine lines at the outer corners of the eyes. Genuine products can be verified by the DOT marking on the carton and the NFC label.
How much does Elravie Re2O cost?
Re2O is used for the face and Re2O Fine for the eye area; the amount and number of sessions vary by area, so this is explained during consultation. We determine the amount needed after assessing your skin thickness, texture and elasticity.
When do the effects of Elravie Re2O become visible?
As the injected ECM components settle into the dermis, pores, texture, redness and radiance gradually change over time. Results tend to appear with repeated sessions rather than immediately after the procedure, and may vary from person to person.
How is Elravie Re2O different from other collagen boosters?
Rather than stimulating the skin to create new collagen, it directly replenishes actual skin components such as collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid using human-derived acellular dermal matrix (hADM). Its distinguishing feature is that these are dermis-derived components, not synthetic substances.
How many Elravie Re2O sessions do I need?
The number of sessions is determined by skin thickness and the area of concern, and treatment is usually divided into sessions spaced apart. The full face is planned with Rejuran, while the eye area is treated separately with Rejuran Fine, whose particles are finely adjusted.
Is the Elravie Re2O treatment painful?
Since the injection is given after applying anesthetic cream, it often feels no more than a slight sting. The degree of pain varies by area and by individual, and Dr. Kyungeun Lee injects directly into the layer she has planned.
What about Elravie Re2O side effects and aftercare?
Redness, swelling and bruising may occur at the injection site, and redness usually subsides within 1–2 days. It is best not to rub the injected area hard on the day of the procedure; detailed aftercare is explained during your consultation.

SKINVIVE by JUVÉDERM

View treatment details →

Is the SKINVIVE procedure painful?
The gel contains lidocaine and a very fine 32G needle is used, so the procedure often feels like a sting. Numbing cream can be added before the procedure if needed, and how much pain you feel varies from person to person.
When can I feel the effects of SKINVIVE?
Because it replenishes moisture in the dermis, many people notice moist, smooth cheeks relatively early once the swelling settles, and skin texture settles evenly over time. The degree of change and how long it lasts vary from person to person with skin condition and lifestyle.
How long do swelling and bruising last after the procedure?
Redness, swelling, small bruises and mild lumpiness may appear at the injection sites, and they usually settle within a few days. On the day of the procedure, avoid makeup and vigorous face washing, and it is best to refrain from saunas, alcohol and strenuous exercise for a few days.
How many sessions of SKINVIVE, and at what interval?
After the first procedure, we watch progress for about a month and add partial touch-ups if needed, then set the timing of the next procedure by looking at your skin condition. The number of sessions, interval and cost vary with the area of the cheeks and the amount used, so we advise at the consultation.
Who is SKINVIVE suited for?
Recommended for those whose cheek skin is dull and rough so makeup does not sit well, and those whose fine lines are beginning to form on the cheeks. If hollow cheeks or sagging is your concern, a filler, collagen booster or lifting may suit better, so we distinguish this first at the consultation. It is postponed if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have inflammation at the treatment site.
How is it different from fillers?
Fillers use hyaluronic acid gel to fill the shape and volume of hollow areas. SKINVIVE is also hyaluronic acid, but it is evenly divided into the dermal layer in very small droplets, leaving the face shape unchanged and refining cheek skin texture and fine lines.
How is it different from other skin boosters such as Rejuran and Juvelook?
Rejuran builds a skin regeneration environment with PN, and Juvelook stimulates collagen production with PDLLA. SKINVIVE fills the moisture environment of the dermis with cross-linked hyaluronic acid to add smoothness. We choose one or design them together according to your concern.
Is the BELOTERO REVIVE procedure painful?
After numbing cream, it is placed shallowly in divided amounts with a fine needle, so it is often only a sting. Sensitive areas may sting a little more, and how much pain you feel varies from person to person.
How many sessions, and at what interval?
It is usually done in 1-3 sessions several weeks apart, and afterward we set the timing of the next procedure by looking at your skin condition. The number of sessions, interval and cost vary with the area and amount used, so we advise at the consultation.
How is it different from Belotero fillers?
Both carry the Belotero name, but the filler line is used to add volume to wrinkles or hollow areas, while Revive is a skin booster that combines lightly cross-linked hyaluronic acid with glycerol and is placed broadly in the shallow dermis to refine skin texture.
How is it different from other skin boosters?
Rejuran builds a regenerative environment with PN, and Juvelook stimulates collagen production with PDLLA. Revive fills in both moisturizing ingredients, hyaluronic acid and glycerol, together. It differs from SKINVIVE, which is also in the hyaluronic acid family, in ingredient composition and gel structure, and is chosen according to your concern and area.

Skincare

Is the StarWalker procedure painful?
It feels like a mild sting, as if lightly snapped by a rubber band, and full-face toning is usually done without anesthesia. When pigment spots are treated as small spots, the momentary sensation is slightly stronger, so numbing cream is added if needed. Pain sensitivity varies from person to person.
Do scabs form after the procedure? From when can I wear makeup?
Toning often ends with only temporary redness, and you can usually wear makeup from the next day. Where blemishes were treated with partial irradiation, a thin scab forms and falls off naturally in about a week; do not forcibly pick the scab, and apply sunscreen thoroughly.
When will StarWalker results appear?
It takes time for broken-down pigment to leave the body, so for blemishes you can expect fading after the scabs fall off, and for melasma and pigmentation gradual fading over repeated sessions. This varies from person to person according to the type and depth of the pigment.
How many sessions and at what interval should I have it?
Blemishes and freckles may respond in few sessions, while melasma and pigmentation are usually done in several sessions about 2-4 weeks apart so they fade gradually. The number of sessions and interval are decided at the consultation by looking at the depth of the pigment and your skin response.
Is it for melasma, blemishes or freckles?
It handles all three, but the wavelengths differ. Pigment in the epidermis such as freckles and blemishes is treated with 532 nm, and pigment that has descended to the dermis such as melasma and pigmentation with 1064 nm. If pigment is mixed across several layers, we change wavelengths within a single procedure.
How is it different from Clarity Pro 2?
StarWalker is a pigment laser tuned to break pigment particles into fine pieces with picosecond pulses, while Clarity Pro 2 is equipment that treats pigment, blood vessels, tone and hair removal together with 755 nm and 1064 nm long pulses. Depending on your concern we use one of them or design the two separately.
How much does Clarity II cost?
It varies depending on whether the goal is pigmentation, vessels, tone or hair removal, as well as the treatment area and number of sessions, so we explain this at the consultation. We determine the wavelength and spot size for each area, then plan the number of sessions.
Which is Clarity II suited to — melasma, blemishes or freckles?
The 755 nm wavelength, which melanin absorbs strongly, is used for pigment such as freckles and blemishes and for skin tone, and 1064 nm for blood vessels, redness and darker skin tones. Deep melasma is designed separately with StarWalker, and the wavelength is chosen after diagnosis.
How are Clarity Pro 2 and StarWalker different?
Clarity Pro 2 handles pigment, blood vessels, tone and hair removal in one device with 755 nm and 1064 nm long pulses, while StarWalker focuses on breaking pigment particles into fine pieces with picosecond pulses. Depending on your concern we use one of them or design the two separately.
Is Clarity II treatment painful?
Because the energy is delivered together with air or cryogen cooling, the burden of anaesthesia is low and the sensation is often no more than a rubber-band snap. Pain levels vary by area and by individual, so whether anaesthesia is used is decided during the consultation.
Does Clarity II cause redness or scabbing after treatment? When can I wear makeup?
The treated area may show redness and slight swelling, which usually subsides within 1–2 days. Where pigmented spots were treated with targeted shots, a thin scab may form and fall off naturally. Makeup is generally possible from the next day, and sun protection is important.
How many Clarity II hair removal sessions do I need?
Hair removal usually takes 6–8 sessions, about 10–20 minutes each. Sessions are spaced according to the hair growth cycle, and a 1 ms pulse can address even very fine hair. The number of sessions may vary depending on the area and hair condition.

How much does Quadrostar Pro Yellow cost?
It varies depending on the area — whether it is redness across the whole face or only part of the cheeks — as well as the number of capillaries and the number of sessions, so we explain it during the consultation. Widespread redness is treated with the scanner and fine vessels with the pen-type handpiece, designed separately.
What kinds of redness is Quadrostar Pro Yellow suitable for?
The 577 nm yellow wavelength is well absorbed by hemoglobin in the blood, so it is used for dilated capillaries, flushing, acne redness and small hemangiomas. We first assess whether the redness comes from vascular dilation or inflammation, and whether pigmentation is also involved.
How many Quadrostar Pro Yellow sessions do I need?
It depends on the thickness and depth of the dilated vessels and the extent of the redness. Fine vessels may respond in fewer sessions, while widespread redness is usually treated over several sessions spaced apart. This may vary from person to person.
Is Quadrostar Pro Yellow treatment painful?
Because the integrated skin cooling is on during delivery, most people feel only a prickling sensation of heat. The level of discomfort varies by area and by individual, so whether anesthesia is used is decided during the consultation.
Does Quadrostar Pro Yellow cause redness or scabbing afterwards? When can I wear makeup?
There may be redness and slight swelling after the procedure, which usually settles within a few days. Areas where fine vessels were treated may look temporarily redder or form small scabs; makeup is generally possible from the next day, and sun protection is needed.
How are Quadrostar Pro Yellow and StarWalker different?
Quadrostar Pro Yellow targets blood vessels at 577 nm, while StarWalker targets pigment with picosecond pulses. 577 nm is absorbed less by melanin than 532 nm, so the burden of side effects is lower. If redness and pigment are mixed, we design the two devices separately.
How much does Sylfirm X cost?
It varies depending on the area — whether the whole face or a part — as well as the type of tip, the waveform and the number of sessions, so we explain it during the consultation. We look at which layer the concern lies in and then decide the tip, depth and number of sessions.
Is Sylfirm X suited to melasma, redness or pores?
All three can be treated, but with different waveforms. The pulsed wave (PW) delivers heat selectively to the basement membrane and abnormal vessels for melasma and redness, while the continuous wave (CW) creates thermal coagulation around the needles for pores, elasticity, and scars. Even within a single session, the settings are adjusted by area.
How many Sylfirm X sessions do I need?
It varies with the layer of the concern and your skin condition, and is usually carried out over several sessions spaced apart. For redness and melasma we plan sessions with superficial PW, and for pores and elasticity with deeper CW; this may differ from person to person.
Is the Sylfirm X procedure painful?
The procedure is performed after applying a numbing cream, and you feel a slight sting and a sensation of heat as the needles enter. Because the needle depth is adjusted between 0.3 and 4.0 mm for each area, areas set at a shallower depth tend to be less painful, and this varies from person to person.
Will there be redness or scabbing after Sylfirm X? When can I wear makeup?
Redness may last 1–2 days after the procedure, and needle marks may look like tiny dots before fading within a few days in most cases. Makeup is generally possible from the next day; on the day of the procedure, avoid rubbing firmly and be sure to use sun protection.
Should I have Sylfirm X or StarWalker?
StarWalker breaks up the pigment particles themselves, while Sylfirm X works on the basement membrane and blood vessel layers while also looking at skin texture and firmness. We can design them together, dividing your concerns: pico for pigment, the yellow laser for blood vessels, and Sylfirm for skin texture and firmness.
Is the DoubleTite procedure painful?
It is performed after applying numbing cream. The needles are short, so many people feel only a sting and warmth, and areas close to bone such as the forehead and around the nose may be felt a little more. Pain sensitivity varies from person to person.
Will there be redness or swelling after the procedure? From when can I wear makeup?
Slight redness may appear after the procedure, but you can usually go about daily life right away. We recommend washing your face from the same day and wearing makeup from the next day. Needle marks may look like small dots and then settle within a few days.
What solution is used?
We use skin boosters with little or no cross-linking, which spread evenly through the dermis. At DER AaN, we choose among Rejuran · Juvelook · GOURI · Re2O according to your skin condition and concerns, and decide together during the consultation which solution to use.
How is it different from Sylfirm X or skin booster injections?
Sylfirm X is equipment that delivers heat to the dermis with radiofrequency microneedles, while a skin booster injection is a procedure that injects a solution by hand. DoubleTite differs in that it delivers radiofrequency to two layers of the dermis with needles of different lengths and also injects the solution through the same tip. We look at which layer your concern is in and choose the suitable method.
Is Pico Fractional painful?
It is performed after numbing cream, and you feel a stinging, tapping sensation at the moment the dots gather and touch. The more densely dots are gathered on a scar area, the more irritation you may feel, and pain sensitivity varies from person to person.
Will there be swelling or scabs after the procedure? From when can I wear makeup?
Right after the procedure, redness, slight swelling and fine dot marks may appear, and they usually settle within 1-3 days. Because it does not strip the skin surface, large scabs rarely form, and makeup is usually possible from the next day.
Which scars and pores is it suited for?
It is used for depressed scars left where acne has passed, enlarged pores around the cheeks and nose, and rough, uneven skin texture. If inflammatory acne is currently flaring, it is better to calm the acne first and then start.
How is it different from an ordinary fractional laser?
Unlike an ablative fractional that burns the skin to make tiny holes, Pico Fractional uses picosecond pulses to create fine spaces beneath the surface. Because it does not widely strip the surface, the recovery burden tends to be light, but deep and wide scars may be designed together with other procedures.
Is the LaseMD procedure painful?
It is performed after numbing cream, and you feel a stinging warmth as the roller passes. Areas where energy and density are raised may feel slightly warmer, and pain sensitivity varies from person to person.
Will there be redness or flaking after the procedure? From when can I wear makeup?
For a few days after the procedure, along with redness the skin may feel rough like sandpaper, and then thin flakes come off and usually clear up naturally. Makeup is usually possible from the next day, and until then, take careful moisturizing and sun protection.
Which scars is it suited for?
It suits concerns in the shallow layers, such as shallow, gentle acne scars, rough skin texture, and pigment left around scars. Narrow, deep scars have limits with LaseMD alone, so it is designed together with Pico Fractional or Sylfirm.
How is it different from Pico Fractional?
LaseMD is tuned to evenly refine the epidermis and shallow dermis with a 1927 nm thulium laser, while Pico Fractional gathers picosecond pulses into dots to create fine spaces in the skin. Shallow texture and tone go to LaseMD and depressed scars and pores go to Pico Fractional, either separately or designed together.
Can I have it regardless of the season or skin type?
Because it does not shave the skin, there are relatively few restrictions by skin type or season. However, sun protection is essential after the procedure, and it is postponed if you have recently been heavily sun-tanned or have inflammation or wounds at the treatment site.

ResNovae Crystal Plus

Is the ResNovae Crystal procedure painful?
ResNovae is often used together with laser or microneedle radiofrequency, so pain is felt mainly in the procedure it accompanies. Numbing cream is applied before the procedure, and applying ResNovae itself is often only a slight sting right after the procedure. How much pain you feel varies from person to person.
How long do swelling and redness last after the procedure?
It depends on the intensity of the laser or needle procedure you had with it, but redness and heat usually last about 1-3 days and then settle. On the day of the procedure avoid makeup and saunas, and for a few days take careful moisturizing and sun protection.
Can I have it if I have a shellfish allergy?
The chitosan in ResNovae is made from medical-grade raw material refined through two purification steps and managed so that substances causing shellfish allergy are not detected. Even so, people with a shellfish allergy need caution with the procedure, so please tell us at the consultation and the medical staff will decide whether to proceed.
How is it different from other skin boosters such as Rejuran?
Rejuran uses PN derived from salmon DNA, while ResNovae uses chitosan derived from chitin. ResNovae goes in as a liquid and turns into a gel within the skin where it stays, and because it has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, it is often designed together for acne and post-procedure soothing care. Which booster suits you is decided by looking at your skin condition.
Can I have it together with laser or radiofrequency procedures?
It contains no heat-sensitive ingredients, so it was made to be used together with procedures that generate heat, such as radiofrequency. A typical approach is to create fine channels with a fractional laser or microneedle radiofrequency and then deliver it, and which procedure to pair it with is decided by your skin condition and concern.
Is zipiderm a procedure or a cosmetic?
zipiderm is a bio-derma product exclusively for clinics, applied after procedures such as lasers, energy-based devices and skin boosters. Rather than a separate procedure, it is carried out together as the final step of a procedure, protecting sensitized skin and supporting recovery.
Does it sting or hurt when applied?
Because it is applied to the skin without needles or energy, there is almost no pain. The skin is sensitive right after the procedure, so you may feel a slight warmth at first, but it usually settles quickly, and how much you feel varies from person to person.
When and how much is it used?
It is applied at the clinic right after the procedure, and care is matched to the recovery period of about three days when the skin is most sensitive after treatment.
How do I choose between EGF, PDRN and DVP?
If the barrier is weakened and flaking, we mainly recommend EGF; if redness and heat linger, PDRN; and if tone and dullness are the concern, as with laser toning, DVP. It is decided at the consultation by looking at the procedure you had and your skin response.
After which procedures is it good to use?
It is used together when the skin has fine channels or has been exposed to heat, such as after laser procedures like fractional laser and toning, energy-based device procedures like radiofrequency and ultrasound, and skin booster injections. It is best applied right after the procedure so the ingredients are delivered along the channels created by it.
How is it different from ordinary soothing creams or regeneration ointments?
When applied, zipiderm forms a thin hydrogel film on the skin that blocks external irritation, and delivers the bioactive ingredients inside little by little over a long period. Combining protection with ingredient delivery is what sets it apart from a cream that merely moisturizes.
Is WiQo Uno painful?
Because no needle is used and the solution is applied and then absorbed through massage, it is less burdensome than injection procedures. You may briefly feel stinging or warmth during the massage, and sensitive skin may feel it more, so we proceed while checking your skin condition and use numbing cream if needed.
Can I wear makeup or go to work right after?
It is not a peel that leaves the skin white and flaking, and you can usually return to daily life right away. About 2~3 days after treatment, skin turnover speeds up and fine flaking may occur, and collagen fibers tighten, which may cause a feeling of tightness, but this is a normal reaction that settles within 2~3 days. Applying the regeneration cream we provide often will reduce the tightness.
When will I feel the effects?
Right after care, many people feel their skin is moist and smooth. Changes in firmness and tone tend to build up gradually over successive sessions and vary from person to person.
How is it different from a peel?
Although it contains TCA, unlike a peel that strips away the skin surface, it works by letting the ingredient absorb into the skin without the process of white flaking. As a result, the recovery burden tends to be light.
What should I watch out for after care?
On the day, avoid saunas and strenuous exercise, and for a few days rest scrubs, exfoliants and strongly irritating cosmetics. Apply moisturizer and sunscreen thoroughly, and let the clinic know if redness lasts long.
Is skin care painful?
Duo Hydrogen, LDM, BELLALUX, Cryo and Corage are all care that uses neither needles nor strong heat, so the pain burden tends to be low. Many people feel the suction of the Aqua Peel, the fine vibration of ultrasound, or the coolness of cooling, and how much you feel varies from person to person.
Can I resume daily life right after care?
Most people can resume daily life, including washing the face and wearing makeup, right after care. After exfoliation-tidying care the skin may turn red temporarily but it usually settles quickly, and it is best to avoid saunas and strong exfoliating products on the day.
What equipment will I be cared for with?
We decide by looking at your skin that day. We choose, for example, Duo Hydrogen if tidying dead skin cells and sebum comes first, Cryo and LDM if there is heat and redness after a procedure, BELLALUX for breakouts and condition care, and Corage for regenerative care of sensitive skin, and we use two or three in sequence when needed.
How often should I have it?
It depends on your skin concern and the purpose of care, and is decided at the consultation. Soothing care after a procedure is often scheduled around the procedure, while everyday condition care is often received steadily at regular intervals, and we adjust the interval by watching your skin response.
Can I have it on the same day as a laser or lifting procedure?
Equipment used for soothing, such as Cryo · LDM · BELLALUX, is often used for care right after a procedure. Care that tidies dead skin cells, such as Duo Hydrogen, may be split in order or date depending on the type of procedure, and the medical staff decide after seeing the procedure you had.
Can I have it if my skin is sensitive or prone to breakouts?
The more sensitive the skin, the less irritating the equipment and order we choose. If there is redness and heat, we start with cooling and ultrasound soothing care, and for breakout-prone skin we design a solution suited to the skin type together with light care. For areas with severe inflammation or wounds, we postpone care and see to treatment first.
