Radiofrequency and solution in one device Tighten with heat, fill with solution Addressing pores and skin texture together
DoubleTite is equipment that delivers radiofrequency energy to the dermis through fine needles while injecting a skin booster solution through other needles on the same tip. The radiofrequency coagulates dermal tissue and supports the recovery of firmness, while the solution delivered alongside it complements inner dryness and skin texture. Concerns that arise as the dermis thins, such as enlarged pores, rough skin texture and fine lines, can be addressed together in a single procedure.
What makes DoubleTite differentDoubleTite— three principles
01 Dual Length
Reaching two layers of the dermis with needles of different lengths
The needles inside the tip differ in length. The 0.4 mm needles deliver radiofrequency to the upper dermis (papillary dermis) and the 1.0 mm needles to the deeper reticular dermis, stimulating both layers at once. A distinguishing feature is that it works on both the shallow layer where pore openings sag and the deep layer that supports elasticity.
02 Injection
Evenly delivers the solution where the radiofrequency has passed
Through the tip of the needle, the solution in the syringe is injected into the dermis in set amounts. Instead of many manual injections, the device distributes a preset amount evenly, and then a dedicated probe (VVIP) that vibrates up and down delivers the solution once more to the upper dermis. The solution is chosen from skin boosters with little or no cross-linking to suit your skin condition.
03 RI-13 Tip
13 pins — 8 radiofrequency · 5 injection
The 15 mm tip that delivers radiofrequency and injection together has 13 pins: 8 deliver radiofrequency and 5 handle the injection of the solution. For those sensitive to pain, a cooling device that chills the skin to around 12℃ is used as well to reduce thermal stimulation and discomfort.
How DER AaN handles DoubleTite Looking at the pores, choosing the solution, and matching the depth
SEEChecking pores · skin texture · inner dryness
We first look at whether pores sagged because of sebum or reduced firmness, and whether the skin is dry on the inside. We also check skin thickness in each area.
PLANDesigning solution · energy · sessions
We set the skin booster solution, radiofrequency intensity and injection amount for each area to suit your skin condition, and design the sessions and intervals.
TREATRadiofrequency → injection → additional delivery, performed personally by the director
After numbing cream, radiofrequency and injection of solution into the reticular dermis are done in one pass, and a dedicated probe delivers the solution to the upper dermis once more. Dr. Kyungeun Lee performs the treatment personally, and guidance is given on post-treatment soothing care and when you can wash your face and wear makeup.

Skin that looks shiny on the surface but feels tight inside, and fine lines around the eyes, cheeks and neck
Pores caused by sebum and pores caused by reduced firmness are designed differently.

These are the questions we receive most often at consultations, such as pain, recovery, number of sessions and differences. The price varies with the area and solution, so we advise at the consultation, and the answer can differ depending on your individual skin condition.
Is the DoubleTite procedure painful?
It is performed after applying numbing cream. The needles are short, so many people feel only a sting and warmth, and areas close to bone such as the forehead and around the nose may be felt a little more. Pain sensitivity varies from person to person.
Will there be redness or swelling after the procedure? From when can I wear makeup?
Slight redness may appear after the procedure, but you can usually go about daily life right away. We recommend washing your face from the same day and wearing makeup from the next day. Needle marks may look like small dots and then settle within a few days.
When do results become visible?
Right after the solution goes in, many people feel their skin is moist and smooth. The dermis stimulated by radiofrequency takes time to recover, so changes in pores and firmness tend to build up gradually over several weeks and vary from person to person.
How many sessions, and at what intervals?
We allow time for the dermis to recover, and usually advise intervals of around 3 months. The number of sessions and the interval are decided at the consultation based on pore depth, skin condition and your response after the procedure.
What solution is used?
We use skin boosters with little or no cross-linking, which spread evenly through the dermis. At DER AaN, we choose among Rejuran · Juvelook · GOURI · Re2O according to your skin condition and concerns, and decide together during the consultation which solution to use.
How long does the procedure take?
It varies by area, but numbing cream, the procedure and soothing care take about an hour in total.
Who is it suited for?
Recommended for those whose pores have enlarged as firmness declines, those with rough skin texture and inner dryness, and those who find several separate injection procedures burdensome. If inflammatory acne is severe or there is a wound or infection at the treatment site, that is treated first, and if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please tell us in advance at the consultation.
How is it different from Sylfirm X or skin booster injections?
Sylfirm X is equipment that delivers heat to the dermis with radiofrequency microneedles, while a skin booster injection is a procedure that injects a solution by hand. DoubleTite differs in that it delivers radiofrequency to two layers of the dermis with needles of different lengths and also injects the solution through the same tip. We look at which layer your concern is in and choose the suitable method.
What should I be careful about after the procedure?
On the day of the procedure, avoid saunas, alcohol and strenuous exercise, and for a few days rest exfoliants and strongly irritating cosmetics. Apply sunscreen thoroughly, and if redness or swelling lasts long, please let the clinic know.
Results and how long they last may differ depending on individual skin condition, and our medical staff will explain possible side effects during the consultation.
