While viewing the SMAS layer directly on ultrasound imaging, coagulation points are created to tighten the sagging fascia. It is the benchmark of lifting that refines the contour itself without incisions.

Thermage radiofrequency contracts and regenerates collagen across multiple dermal layers, while Sofwave ultrasound precisely heats the dermis at 1.5 mm to address fine lines and firmness.

What kind of treatment is Byeun Signature Lifting?
A lifting program that uses ultrasound to find which layer — SMAS, dermis or fat — is causing the sagging, and combines the devices suited to that layer. Ultherapy for the SMAS, Thermage · Sofwave for the dermis, ONDA for the fat layer, and APTOS thread lifting for sagging tissue — all planned and performed personally by Dr. Kyungeun Lee.
How much does Byeun Signature Lifting cost?
It varies depending on which layer has sagged and on the combination of devices, the number of shots and the number of threads, so we explain it during the consultation after checking with ultrasound. Since devices are assigned only to the layers that need them, the composition differs from person to person.
When do the results of Byeun Signature Lifting appear, and how long do they last?
With a thread lift, changes are visible right after the procedure, while Ultherapy, Thermage, Sofwave and ONDA gradually show results over the weeks to months in which collagen regenerates. The sequence is designed so that tissue lifted by threads is then fixed with energy, extending how long the result lasts; results may vary depending on individual skin condition.
Is Byeun Signature Lifting done all in one session?
No, they are not all done at once. Thread lifting and energy lifting are performed in a set order with intervals in between — for example, lifting the tissue with threads first and then fixing it with Ultherapy · Thermage. The intervals and number of sessions are decided during the consultation based on the condition of each layer.
What are the side effects and recovery time for Byeun Signature Lifting?
It depends on the combination of devices used. With energy-based lifting, redness, swelling and a feeling of heat usually subside within a few days, so you can return to daily activities the same day; with thread lifting, swelling and a pulling sensation generally last 3–7 days. For pain management, we use topical anesthetic cream or local anesthesia depending on the device.
Who is Byeun Signature Lifting suitable for?
Recommended for those whose sagging occurs across several layers at once — cheek and jawline sagging, nasolabial folds and deep cheek fat, double chin and neck — where a single treatment is not enough. After checking the condition of each layer with ultrasound, devices are assigned only to the layers that need them, so if the sagging is limited to one layer, a single treatment may be recommended instead.
Results and how long they last may differ depending on individual skin condition, and our medical staff will explain possible side effects during the consultation.
