With skin components containing collagen and ECM, juveàcell, the skin booster that fills the skin's foundation

Filling the foundation rather than covering the surface Just like the components that make up your skin, we replenish collagen and ECM
juveàcell is a skin booster made by turning acellular dermal matrix (hADM) — human skin (dermis) from which only the cellular components have been removed, leaving foundational components such as collagen · elastin (ECM, extracellular matrix) — into very fine particles. When injected into the skin, these components support the skin structure and serve as a supplementary material that helps the skin's own recovery process. Unlike fillers that add facial volume, its purpose is to refine texture · elasticity · the skin's foundation.
What goes in, and how it is madejuveàcell: how it fills the skin's foundation
01 ECELL™
Removing only the cellular components with supercritical CO₂
This is VAIM's Ecell™ process, which uses supercritical CO₂ fluid — which takes on the properties of both gas and liquid under high pressure and temperature — to dissolve the lipid components of cell membranes and remove the cellular components. Using CO₂ instead of surfactants reduces the burden of residual substances, and the process is designed to keep the collagen and ECM structure needed for skin reconstruction.
02 ECM
A skin foundation with collagen · elastin left intact
Comparing skin before processing with skin after supercritical processing, the cellular components are gone while the collagen fibers, seen in blue, remain densely packed. juveàcell particles contain collagen, elastin and about 30 kinds of growth factor components derived from skin tissue (according to the manufacturer), and the fiber-shaped particles act as a scaffold in the skin, supporting the skin's own regeneration process.
03 Pre-filled
3% · 8%, a liquid type pre-filled in a syringe
Prepared as a 1cc pre-filled syringe containing 3% or 8% acellular dermal particles, it can be injected evenly with consistent force without a separate mixing step. The concentration and injection areas are decided according to skin thickness and treatment goals.
How DER AaN approaches juveàcell We look at your skin, choose the concentration, and continue session by session
SEEChecking the skin's foundation
We first look at skin thickness · elasticity · texture · fine lines, and also check recent laser or injection treatments and any allergies.
PLANPlanning concentration · areas · order
We choose a concentration of 3% · 8% and decide the injection areas. When combined with other skin boosters or lasers, we align the order and intervals.
CARENumbing · injection · soothing
After reducing discomfort with numbing cream, we inject in divided amounts according to your skin condition and finish with soothing care. We also guide you on when to resume cleansing · makeup · exercise.
Handled in the DER AaN skin booster group:Concerns addressed with juveàcell
TextureRough skin texture
Dry, flaky skin where makeup doesn't sit well
FirmnessThinning skin that has lost elasticity
Skin whose foundation has weakened, sagging and tiring easily
FoundationFine lines · care between treatments
Skin that wants its foundation strengthened between laser · lifting treatments
juveàcell can be done on its own, or together with lasers · other skin boosters in a planned order.
juveàcell
A treatment that fills the foundation rather than covering the surface. It helps the skin recover on its own.

These are the questions we hear most in consultations, such as ingredients · safety · differences · recovery. Prices vary with the concentration, number of sessions and combined treatments and are explained during consultation; answers may differ depending on your skin condition.
What is juveàcell made of?
It is made by turning acellular dermal matrix (hADM) — human skin (dermis) with the cellular components removed — into very fine particles. It contains collagen, elastin and about 30 kinds of growth factor components derived from skin tissue (according to the manufacturer). It is classified as a 'human tissue' product, not a drug or a medical device.
It comes from human skin — is it safe?
Donated skin tissue is processed at a tissue bank; components that could trigger cellular or immune reactions are removed, and the product is packaged sterile. CO₂ is used instead of surfactants during processing to reduce the burden of residual substances, and the tissue bank that supplies the product is accredited by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) and registered with the MFDS (Korea) and the U.S. FDA (according to the manufacturer). Even so, reactions such as swelling · bruising · redness can occur depending on the person, so please let us know in advance during the consultation if you have allergies or an autoimmune condition.
How is it different from fillers?
Unlike volume fillers that fill hollow areas to change the shape of the face, it contains ECM — the basic component of skin structure — to refine texture · elasticity · the skin's foundation. So rather than changing the shape of your face, it gradually changes the condition of the skin itself.
How is it different from other skin boosters?
Each skin booster is based on a different ingredient. Rejuran is based on a salmon-derived ingredient (PN), Juvelook on a dissolvable polymer (PDLLA), hyaluronic acid boosters on an ingredient that holds moisture, and juveàcell on collagen · ECM from human skin. Rather than one being better, we choose or plan them together in sequence according to your skin condition and goals.
Does it hurt? How long is the recovery?
It is done after applying numbing cream, so most people find it tolerable. Right after the treatment, small bumps, redness or bruising may appear at the injection points and usually settle within a few days. Most people can return to daily life from the next day.
How many sessions, and at what intervals?
Several divided sessions are recommended rather than one. The number of sessions and intervals are decided in consultation according to your skin condition, the chosen concentration and any combined treatments.
When will I feel the effects?
Because the foundation is built up within the skin, changes tend to be felt gradually over sessions rather than right away, and the degree and duration vary by person.
What should I be careful about after the procedure?
On the day, keep cleansing and makeup light and avoid saunas · strenuous exercise · alcohol. Do not rub or press the injected areas hard, and apply moisturizer and sunscreen carefully. If swelling or bruising lasts, please let the clinic know.
Results and how long they last may differ depending on individual skin condition, and our medical staff will explain possible side effects during the consultation.
