Elravie Re2O is a collagen booster that injects particulate acellular human dermal matrix (hADM) into the skin to replenish ECM components that actually make up the skin, such as collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. Rather than an artificially synthesized material, it uses a human-derived component that replenishes the dermis while preserving its structural characteristics.

Cells are removed from human dermis, leaving only ECM components such as collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. This acellular dermal matrix is processed into particles and injected.

How much does Elravie Re2O cost?
Re2O is used for the face and Re2O Fine for the eye area; the amount and number of sessions vary by area, so this is explained during consultation. We determine the amount needed after assessing your skin thickness, texture and elasticity.
When do the effects of Elravie Re2O become visible?
As the injected ECM components settle into the dermis, pores, texture, redness and radiance gradually change over time. Results tend to appear with repeated sessions rather than immediately after the procedure, and may vary from person to person.
How is Elravie Re2O different from other collagen boosters?
Rather than stimulating the skin to create new collagen, it directly replenishes actual skin components such as collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid using human-derived acellular dermal matrix (hADM). Its distinguishing feature is that these are dermis-derived components, not synthetic substances.
How many Elravie Re2O sessions do I need?
The number of sessions is determined by skin thickness and the area of concern, and treatment is usually divided into sessions spaced apart. The full face is planned with Rejuran, while the eye area is treated separately with Rejuran Fine, whose particles are finely adjusted.
Is the Elravie Re2O treatment painful?
Since the injection is given after applying anesthetic cream, it often feels no more than a slight sting. The degree of pain varies by area and by individual, and Dr. Kyungeun Lee injects directly into the layer she has planned.
What about Elravie Re2O side effects and aftercare?
Redness, swelling and bruising may occur at the injection site, and redness usually subsides within 1–2 days. It is best not to rub the injected area hard on the day of the procedure; detailed aftercare is explained during your consultation.
Results and how long they last may differ depending on individual skin condition, and our medical staff will explain possible side effects during the consultation.
