×SKIN CARE DEVICES
We do not look at every skin with one machine Depending on your skin condition, We change the care equipment
DER AaN's skin care uses five devices chosen to suit your skin condition: Duo Hydrogen, which tidies dead skin cells and sebum; LDM, which gently stimulates the inside of the skin with ultrasound; BELLALUX, which uses LED light of several wavelengths; Cryo, which calms heat with cold temperature; and Corage, which supports cell regeneration with resonance energy. Because care differs between a day when you need soothing after a procedure and a day when you want to refine skin texture, we look at your skin that day and decide the device and the order.
Two devices that reach inside the skin Duo Hydrogen and LDM
01 Duo Hydrogen
Duo Hydrogen, which tidies dead skin cells and sebum with water
Duo Hydrogen is Aqua Peel-type care equipment that uses the gentleness of water. A solution matched to your skin type softly dissolves and suctions dead skin cells, sebum and blackheads, and hydrogen water is supplied to the skin to replenish moisture. Breakout-prone skin is cared for separately with a dedicated mode and solution. Wide areas and narrow areas such as the sides of the nose are handled by changing tips.
02 LDM
LDM, which alternates two or more kinds of ultrasound
LDM (Local Dynamic Micromassage) is equipment from Wellcomet of Germany that rapidly alternates ultrasound of different frequencies. Each frequency reaches a different depth: 10MHz acts on the epidermis and shallow dermis, 3MHz on a deeper layer, and 1MHz on layers deeper still. It causes almost no heat or pain, so it is used to soothe sensitized skin, manage hydration, and for care before and after procedures.
How DER AaN designs skin care Looking at the skin, choosing the equipment, and setting the order
SEEChecking the skin condition of the day
We check which comes first among dead skin cells, sebum, redness, dryness and breakouts, and whether you have had any recent procedures.
PLANDevice combination · sequence planning
We choose equipment to suit your skin and set the order: Duo Hydrogen if tidying comes first, and Cryo · LDM · BELLALUX if soothing comes first.
CARECare and home-care guidance
After the care, we look at your skin's response and advise on the timing of the next care and on moisturizing and sun protection at home.
Treated with light · cooling · resonance Three care devices used together
BELLALUXBELLALUX — LED light care
Care that shines LED light of different wavelengths, such as blue, amber, red and near-infrared, in combination, helping soothe and manage skin condition without pain
CRYOCryo — cooling soothing care
Care that cools the handpiece to lower the skin temperature, used to calm heat and redness after procedures
CORAGECorage — resonance regeneration care
Care that supports cell activity and regeneration with QMR resonance energy rather than heat, so sessions can be designed even for sensitive skin
Tidying · soothing · regenerating — we choose the equipment your skin needs that day.
SKIN CARE
Skin is different every day. Care is also matched to the skin of the day.

These are the questions we receive most often at consultations, such as pain, recovery, equipment choice and combined procedures. The answer can differ depending on your individual skin condition.
Is skin care painful?
Duo Hydrogen, LDM, BELLALUX, Cryo and Corage are all care that uses neither needles nor strong heat, so the pain burden tends to be low. Many people feel the suction of the Aqua Peel, the fine vibration of ultrasound, or the coolness of cooling, and how much you feel varies from person to person.
Can I resume daily life right after care?
Most people can resume daily life, including washing the face and wearing makeup, right after care. After exfoliation-tidying care the skin may turn red temporarily but it usually settles quickly, and it is best to avoid saunas and strong exfoliating products on the day.
What equipment will I be cared for with?
We decide by looking at your skin that day. We choose, for example, Duo Hydrogen if tidying dead skin cells and sebum comes first, Cryo and LDM if there is heat and redness after a procedure, BELLALUX for breakouts and condition care, and Corage for regenerative care of sensitive skin, and we use two or three in sequence when needed.
How often should I have it?
It depends on your skin concern and the purpose of care, and is decided at the consultation. Soothing care after a procedure is often scheduled around the procedure, while everyday condition care is often received steadily at regular intervals, and we adjust the interval by watching your skin response.
Can I have it on the same day as a laser or lifting procedure?
Equipment used for soothing, such as Cryo · LDM · BELLALUX, is often used for care right after a procedure. Care that tidies dead skin cells, such as Duo Hydrogen, may be split in order or date depending on the type of procedure, and the medical staff decide after seeing the procedure you had.
Can I have it if my skin is sensitive or prone to breakouts?
The more sensitive the skin, the less irritating the equipment and order we choose. If there is redness and heat, we start with cooling and ultrasound soothing care, and for breakout-prone skin we design a solution suited to the skin type together with light care. For areas with severe inflammation or wounds, we postpone care and see to treatment first.
What should I watch out for after care?
On the day of your care, avoid saunas, hot compresses and heavy drinking, and apply moisturizer and sunscreen thoroughly. It is best to rest cosmetics with strong exfoliating ingredients for a day or two. If redness or stinging lasts long, please let the clinic know.
Results and how long they last may differ depending on individual skin condition, and our medical staff will explain possible side effects during the consultation.
