Immediate volume and your own collagen production a PCL filler where both happen at once

The moment of filling and the time of regeneration Fills now, volume that lasts
Ellansé is a dual-action filler made of bioabsorbable PCL (polycaprolactone) microspheres and a CMC gel carrier. The gel carrier creates volume immediately after the treatment, and while the PCL microspheres break down, the collagen structure is remodeled, so the effect can last up to 24 months.
Why Ellansé lasts Three stages of dual action
01 Before
Volume that declines every year from the age of 25
From the age of 25, facial volume decreases by about 1% each year as collagen breaks down. As the cheeks, temples and jawline lose volume, the contours of the face become less defined.
02 Instant
Volume filled immediately by the CMC gel
Immediately after injection, the CMC gel carrier fills the space, so volume is visible right away. As the gel is absorbed over 4–6 weeks, the PCL microspheres settle into place.
03 Regeneration
PCL remodels collagen
PCL microspheres steadily stimulate fibroblasts, producing type 1 and type 3 collagen. Even after the PCL has broken down, the collagen remains, so volume and firmness are maintained.
How DER AaN Cheongdam works with Ellansé We assess the face shape, select the cannula, and inject a measured amount
SEEAssessing face shape · volume loss
Because this treatment requires predicting how much collagen will form, we first assess your face shape and skin thickness.
PLANAmount · cannula design by area
We set the injection volume for each area and design a route that reduces bruising and swelling using a single-use, custom-selected cannula.
TREATGenuine products · Full dosage · Performed by a KOL
Dr. Kyungeun Lee, an Ellansé KOL, personally injects genuine Ellansé in the planned amount.

These are the questions we are asked most often during consultations. Answers may vary depending on your individual skin condition.
How much does Ellansé cost?
The cost of Ellansé varies depending on the treatment area, the amount injected and whether the S or M line is chosen. After assessing your facial shape and the degree of volume loss, we determine the amount needed and explain it during the consultation.
How is Ellansé different from hyaluronic acid filler?
With hyaluronic acid fillers, the gel itself creates volume and is absorbed over time. Ellansé is a dual-action filler in which the CMC gel creates volume immediately after the procedure, and over the 4–6 weeks while the gel is absorbed, PCL microspheres stimulate collagen production so that your own collagen carries the volume on.
When do the effects of Ellansé appear and how long do they last?
Volume is visible immediately after the procedure thanks to the gel carrier, and as the gel is absorbed over 4–6 weeks, the PCL produces collagen that carries the volume on. The effect can last up to 24 months, and may vary by product line and individual.
What is the difference between Ellansé S and M?
Two lines divided by how long the results last. We choose together during the consultation, considering the area, the duration you want and your skin thickness.
Can Ellansé cause side effects such as bruising or lumps?
Swelling, bruising, redness and tenderness may occur at the injection site, and most subside within a few days. Single-use cannulas matched to each area reduce bruising and swelling, and only a measured amount is injected, accounting for the collagen that will build up over time, to reduce excess volume and clumping.
How many Ellansé sessions do I need?
Volume is usually achieved in a single session, and once the collagen has settled we review the results and top up if needed. Dr. Kyungeun Lee, an Ellansé KOL, determines whether a top-up is needed, and repeat treatment is decided in consultation when volume decreases after the duration of effect has passed.
Results and how long they last may differ depending on individual skin condition, and our medical staff will explain possible side effects during the consultation.
