Gana V is a powder-type biostimulator combining 70 mg of PLLA with CMC and mannitol. It activates fibroblasts to induce collagen synthesis and structural remodeling, so gradual and long-lasting results can be expected.

How much does Gana V cost?
The cost of Gana V varies depending on the number of vials used, the treatment area and the number of sessions. After assessing the volume-depleted areas and your skin thickness, we determine the amount and number of sessions needed and explain them during the consultation.
How is Gana V different from fillers or Sculptra?
With fillers, the gel creates volume immediately, whereas Gana V is a biostimulator in which PLLA activates fibroblasts to induce your own collagen synthesis. It belongs to the same PLLA family as Sculptra but has irregular, porous particles, and clinical results have reported that its effect is not inferior to Sculptra.
When do the effects of Gana V appear and how long do they last?
The volume visible right after the procedure comes from the fluid injected along with it; as a PLLA-based product, collagen changes usually appear gradually from several weeks later. Collagen remodelling can be expected to give gradual, long-lasting results, which may vary from person to person.
How many Gana V sessions are needed?
Depending on how hollow the area is and where it is, treatment is done in one session or divided over several. One 173.3 mg vial is planned out across the different areas, and after the first session we review your progress and decide together in consultation whether more is needed and at what interval.
Can Gana V cause side effects such as nodules or bruising?
Swelling, bruising, redness and tenderness may occur at the injection site, and most subside within a few days. If PLLA collects in one spot, nodules can form, so the depth and amount are planned according to skin thickness and injected via a 21G cannula along a route that reduces bruising and swelling.
Can Gana V be performed on the same day as the consultation?
Yes. Because it is an irregular, porous powder, it hydrates quickly and can be prepared and administered right after the consultation. The powder used has a particle size of 10–70 μm, and the treatment time varies with the number of areas treated, which will be explained during your consultation.
Results and how long they last may differ depending on individual skin condition, and our medical staff will explain possible side effects during the consultation.
