Hip Collagen is a body collagen injection in which the PCL collagen filler LAFULLEN is injected into hollowed areas of the hip line to restore volume and induce collagen production. The gel carrier fills the space immediately after the procedure, and from 4–6 weeks the PCL microspheres generate your own collagen so that firmness continues. The treatment areas and volume are individually planned by our medical staff during consultation.

How is it different from fat grafting?
Fat grafting is a surgical procedure that harvests your own fat and transfers it, while Hip Collagen is an injectable treatment that delivers PCL collagen filler to add volume and induce collagen production. It is performed without incisions, and reactions such as swelling may last a few days depending on the individual.
Can I sit down right after the procedure?
You can go about your normal daily activities on the day of the procedure. It is best to avoid pressing hard on or massaging the injected area for a few days. Detailed aftercare will be explained during your consultation.
How many sessions do I need?
Depending on how hollow the area is and how wide it is, treatment is done in one session or divided over several. Because over-injection can cause nodules, we do not inject large amounts at once.
How much does Hip Collagen cost?
It depends on the size of the treatment area, the degree of volume loss and the amount required (number of vials). Body areas are larger than the face, so the areas and amounts are planned in stages; we will advise you after assessing your body shape at the consultation.
When do the effects of Hip Collagen appear, and how long do they last?
Volume filled by the gel carrier is visible immediately after the procedure, and from 4–6 weeks the PCL microspheres stimulate collagen production so that firmness continues. How long it lasts varies from person to person depending on the area, the amount used and skin condition, and will be explained during the consultation.
Are there any side effects or pain with Hip Collagen?
The injection is given after applying anesthetic cream. Swelling, bruising and a dull ache may occur at the injection site, and these usually subside within a few days. Injecting too much at once can cause nodules, so we divide the amount by area and inject measured doses.
Results and how long they last may differ depending on individual skin condition, and our medical staff will explain possible side effects during the consultation.
