Awakening the skin's own strength as a liquid rather than particles, evenly across the whole face
GOURI is a liquid injectable in which the biodegradable polymer PCL is fully dissolved — with no microparticles — using the patented CESABP technology. It spreads evenly through the dermis and subcutaneous layer to create an environment for collagen formation, and breaks down naturally through hydrolysis.
Why GOURI is different Three characteristics of liquid PCL
01 CESABP
PCL fully dissolved, with no particles
CESABP (Collagen Enabled Solubilized Active and Biodegradable Polymer) technology renders PCL into a liquid state so that, unlike particle-type products, it does not clump in one spot but spreads broadly.
02 Full Face
The whole face with 10 points
With a 10-point full-face injection protocol, liquid PCL spreads evenly across the entire face. One session is the standard, with 1–2 additional sessions at 4–6 week intervals if needed.
03 Biodegradable
Naturally broken down by hydrolysis
PCL is hydrolyzed in the body and leaves no residue, and in the meantime it enhances the dermis' moisture retention and its environment for collagen formation.
How DER AaN Cheongdam works with GOURI We look at the skin, decide the points, and inject evenly
SEEChecking skin condition · volume loss
We first look at your skin's moisture balance, the areas where elasticity has declined, and the location of fine lines.

These are the questions we are asked most often during consultations. Answers may vary depending on your individual skin condition.
How much does the GOURI Booster cost?
The cost of the GOURI Booster varies with the treatment area, the number of sessions and whether additional treatments are performed. After examining your skin condition and the areas with fine lines · loss of elasticity, we determine the necessary number of sessions and explain this during the consultation.
How is the GOURI Booster different from fillers and other collagen boosters?
Fillers create volume by placing a gel in a specific area, and particle-type collagen boosters settle in one spot. GOURI is PCL fully dissolved into a liquid with no particles, so 10-point injection spreads it evenly over the whole face without clumping in one place.
When do the effects of the GOURI Booster appear and how long do they last?
Right after the procedure, skin texture and hydration are improved, and as the liquid PCL hydrolyses it creates an environment for collagen production, so firmness usually appears gradually over several weeks to a few months. How long results last depends on skin condition and lifestyle, so there is individual variation.
How many GOURI Booster sessions do I need?
One session is standard, with 1–2 additional sessions at 4–6 week intervals if needed. After the first treatment, we assess your skin's response and decide together during consultation whether further sessions are needed.
Can bruising or lumps occur as a side effect of the GOURI Booster?
Swelling, bruising, redness and tenderness to the touch may occur at the injection site, and most subside within a few days. As it contains no particles, there is little concern about clumping; the procedure is performed after topical anesthetic cream and you can return to daily life right away.
What is the GOURI Booster 10-point injection?
This is the standard injection method in which the entire face is divided into 10 points and liquid PCL is injected so that it spreads evenly across the face. Rather than simply following the fixed points, the position and amount are adjusted to the facial structure and the location of fine lines.
Results and how long they last may differ depending on individual skin condition, and our medical staff will explain possible side effects during the consultation.
