Holding a line that has lost its shape, From the moment of filling to the moment collagen grows
LAFULLEN is a collagen filler composed of 30% porous, biodegradable PCL microspheres and 70% water-soluble CMC gel carrier. Immediately after the procedure the gel fills the space, and from around 4–6 weeks the PCL particles stimulate fibroblasts so that your own collagen is produced. It is a PCL collagen filler developed by a Korean company.
Why LAFULLEN lasts Three structural features of a PCL collagen filler
01 SEP
Porous microspheres of uniform size
SEP (Evenly distributed Porous particle) technology creates PCL microspheres of uniform size with porous surfaces. When the particles are uniform, the cellular response is uniform as well.
02 Gel → Collagen
First the gel fills, then collagen is formed
The CMC gel carrier physically fills the space immediately after treatment, and from 4–6 weeks fibroblasts gather around the PCL particles, creating an environment for collagen production. Your own collagen fills the space left as the gel is absorbed.
03 Biodegradable
A biodegradable polymer that leaves nothing behind in the body
PCL is a biodegradable polymer that is hydrolyzed in the body into water and carbon dioxide, and CMC is a water-soluble ingredient widely used in foods as well.
How DER AaN Cheongdam works with collagen fillers We read the layer, decide the amount, and inject a measured dose
SEEChecking volume loss · skin thickness
We check the hollow areas, skin thickness and fat layer to determine the injection layer.
PLANInjection volume · session design by area
Over-injection can cause nodules. We plan only the amount each area needs, divided accordingly.

These are the questions we are asked most often during consultations. Answers may vary depending on your individual skin condition.
How is it different from fillers?
With fillers, volume appears immediately in proportion to the amount injected and is absorbed over time. With LAFULLEN, the gel fills first, and from 4–6 weeks the PCL particles induce your own collagen production, so your own collagen fills the space left as the gel is absorbed.
When do results appear, and how long do they last?
Volume filled by the gel carrier is visible immediately after the procedure, and collagen production begins from 4–6 weeks. How long it lasts varies with the area and skin condition, and will be explained during the consultation.
How many sessions do I need?
Depending on the area and the degree of volume loss, it is done in a single session or divided into several. Since over-injection can cause nodules, we do not inject a large amount at once.
How much does LAFULLEN cost?
It varies with the treatment area, the degree of volume loss and the number of vials required. One vial of LAFULLEN is a 1 ml prefilled syringe; we plan the injection volume for each area and explain it during the consultation.
Are there any side effects with LAFULLEN?
Swelling, redness and bruising may occur at the injection site, and most subsides within a few days. Since overfilling can cause nodules, the layer and amount are determined in advance and injected evenly. PCL is a biodegradable polymer that breaks down into water and carbon dioxide in the body.
Is the LAFULLEN procedure painful?
A numbing cream is applied before injection, so during the procedure you feel a slight sting from the needle and a sense of dull pressure. Pain or swelling after the procedure usually subsides within 1–3 days, and precautions during recovery are explained at your consultation.
Results and how long they last may differ depending on individual skin condition, and our medical staff will explain possible side effects during the consultation.
